Clinical Study Of Tianzhu Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Nervous Tinnitus With Anxiety And Depression Symptoms Of Kidney Deficiency

ObjectiveBased on the previous project research and the experience of the tutor team,we observed the clinical efficacy of Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of nervous tinnitus with anxiety and depression symptoms of kidney essence deficiency,and provided more evidence for the promotion of Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of nervous tinnitus with anxiety and depression symptoms of kidney essence deficiency.MethodSeventy-two patients with nervous tinnitus accompanied by anxiety and depression due to deficiency of kidney essence were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases in Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture group)and control group(36 cases in routine acupuncture group).After five consecutive treatments per week,they had two days’ rest and two consecutive treatments for two weeks as a course of treatment,with a total of three courses of treatment for six weeks.By observing the changes of scores of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in patients with nephrosperm deficiency neurotinnitus and anxiety-depression symptoms before and after three courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy was analyzed and the safety was evaluated.Complete evaluation.Result(1)There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,single and double ear condition and severity of tinnitus between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significantdifference in THI,HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Therefore,the two groups were comparable before treatment.(2)The scores of THI,HAMA and HAMD scales before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.The scores of THI,HAMA and HAMD scales after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores between the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).(3)Therapeutic effect of THI after treatment: the marked cure rate of the treatment group was 73.50%,the total effective rate was 94.10%,and the marked cure rate of the control group was 44.10%,the total effective rate was 70.60%.The curative rate and total effective rate of THI in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of HAMA efficacy after treatment: the marked cure rate of treatment group was 79.40%,the total effective rate was 94.10%,and the marked cure rate of control group was 55.90%,the total effective rate was 73.50%.The curative rate and total effective rate of HAMA in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the HAMD curative effect of the treatment group was 64.50%,the total effective rate was 91.20%,and that of the control group was 35.50%,the total effective rate was 67.60%.The curative rate and total effective rate of HAMD in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research Conclusion(1)Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture and routine acupuncture has a good effect on nervous tinnitus with anxiety and depression symptoms of kidney essence deficiency.(2)The total curative effect,total effective rate and marked recovery rate of Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture group were better than those of conventional acupuncture group.(3)Tianzhu moxibustion combined with acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving tinnitus symptoms and anxiety and depression symptoms in patientswith nephrosperm deficiency neurotinnitus.
