| Objective:To observe the effect of Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Yupingfeng Powder Decoction in treating lung and spleen qi deficiency;Qingwei Powder White Tiger Decoction in treating spleen stomach damp heat(heat evil,steam),modified dangguiliuhuangdecoction treating yin deficiency and fire Wang's characteristics and advantages,so as to promote Chinese medicine of modern diseases diagnosis and treatment plan.Methods:60 cases with lung and spleen qi deficiency,spleen stomach damp heat(heat evil steamed),patients with internal heat due to yin deficiency,sweating,night sweats,through were observed before and after treatment of symptoms change,TCM syndrome score to evaluate the clinical effect of TCM treatment of hidrosis,safety and feasibility.Results:(1)The total curative effect of symptom in 60 cases compared hidrosis efficiency of 93.3%,the effective rate is 75%.Clinical improvement of symptoms is quite significant,among the 24 cases of Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Yupingfeng Powder Decoction for the treatment of pulmonary syndrome of deficiency of Spleen Qi spontaneous perspiration and night sweats in the total effect symptoms more efficient 95.9%,the markedly effective rate 79.2%;Qingwei Powder White Tiger Decoction in treating spleen stomach damp heat(heat evil steamed)syndrome of spontaneous sweating,night sweats,general symptoms compared with efficiency of 86.7%,the markedly effective rate 60%;Danggui Liuhuang decoction combined yunu Decoction for the treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome of spontaneous sweating,night sweats,general symptoms more efficiency 95.3%.The markedly effective rate was 81%,and after 3 weeks of treatment can improve sweating abnormalities and other symptoms of discomfort.Before and after the treatment of the total symptoms of the treatment effect evaluation criteria,P<0.05 showed no significant difference,with statistical significance.Lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach damp heat(evil heat inside steam),yin deficiency heat syndrome of the total symptom score than before treatment is reduced,P<0.01 shows significant difference with statistical significance.Which shows that application of Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Yupingfeng San Decoction in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome,Qingwei Powder White Tiger Decoction in treating spleen stomach damp heat(heat evil,steam)certificate,Danggui Liuhuang decoction combined yunu decoction are effective in the treatment of the overall efficacy of syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of Yin.(2)60 cases of sweating symptoms compared hidrosis efficiency of 93.3%,the effective rate is 88.3%.Clinical improvement of symptoms is quite significant,among the 24 cases of Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Yupingfeng Powder Decoction for the treatment of pulmonary syndrome of deficiency of Spleen Qi spontaneous perspiration,night sweats sweating efficacy symptoms more efficient 95.5%,the markedly effective rate was 91.5%;Qingwei Powder White Tiger Decoction in treating spleen stomach damp heat(heat evil steamed)syndrome,spontaneous perspiration,Pirates of the sweat.The symptoms more efficient 86.7%,the markedly effective rate 79.7%;Danggui Liuhuang decoction combined yunu Decoction for the treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome of spontaneous sweating,night sweats sweating symptoms compared with 95.4%significantly higher rate of 90.4%,after 3 weeks of treatment can significantly improve the sweating anomalies.Before and after treatment in the treatment of the symptoms of sweating efficacy evaluation criteria,P<0.05 showed no significant difference,with statistical significance.Lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach damp heat(evil heat),yin deficiency heat syndrome of sweating symptom scores than before treatment is reduced,P<0.01 shows significant difference has significant statistical significance.Which shows that application of Liujunzi Decoction Combined Yupingfeng San Decoction for the treatment of the syndrome of asthenia of Pulmonosplenic Qi spontaneous perspiration and night sweat,Qingwei Powder White Tiger Decoction in treating spleen stomach damp heat(heat evil steamed)card sweating,night sweats,Danggui Liuhuang decoction combined yunu Decoction for treating yin deficiency fire exuberant the clinical curative effect of syndrome of spontaneous perspiration and night sweat has improved dramatically.(3)24 cases with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome of asthma shortness of breath,cough a voice whisper,anorexia,body tired fatigue,abdominal distension,abnormal stools,Shenpi lazy words,abdominal pain,nausea Zhongwan,bowel,defecate weakness symptoms before treatment and after treatment to assess the curative effect of standard comparison,P<0.01 that significant differences;15 cases of lung spleen stomach damp heat(heat evil,steam)syndrome in patients with epigastric burning,epigastric pain,epigastric distension and frowsty,thirsty and like drinking,constipation,short yel10w urine symptoms before and after treatment to assess the curative effect of standard comparison in,P<0.01 illustrate the difference is statistically significant.Bad breath,body fever symptoms before treatment and after treatment to assess the curative effect of standard comparison,P<0.05 shows statistically significant difference;21 cases of Yin Xu Huowang syndrome Yaoxisuanruan,five upset hot,dry mouth yanzao,epigastric noise,tinnitus,hot flashes,insomnia,epigastric pain,epigastric burning,abdominal distension not Shu symptoms before treatment and after treatment to assess the curative effect of standard comparison,P<0.01 that the difference is statistically significant.Comparison of the efficacy evaluation criteria before and after treatment in the treatment of dizziness,body weight lOss and P<0.05 showed statistical significance.After 3 weeks of treatment significantly improved wheezing shortness of breath,cough a voice whisper,anorexia,body tired fatigue,abdominal distension,abnormal stools,Shenpi lazy words,abdominal pain,epigastric,bowel,impotence of defecation,epigastric burning,epigastric pain,epigastric distension and fullness,thirsty and like drinking,constipation,urine short yel10w,Yaoxisuanruan,bother hot,dry mouth yanzao,epigastric noise,tinnitus,hot flashes,insomnia;epigastric pain,epigastric burning,abdominal distension uncomfortable symptoms.Bad breath,body fever,dizziness,emaciation symptoms more optimistic.Conclusion:Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Yupingfeng Powder White Tiger Decoction addition and subtraction,Qingwei powder,angelica six yel10w soup combined yunu decoction can obviously improve the spontaneous sweating,night sweats and other various clinical symptoms.Reliable curative effect.No serious adverse drug reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine were found during the observation period.Provide objective and scientific clinical basis in the clinical aspect,as a result of the patient with this disease have some help.The dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has certain advantages,it is worth clinical further promotion and research. |
