Sweating when exposed to wind is an important pathogenic factor in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the literature source and basic pathogenic mechanism of sweating when exposed to wind, this article discusses the onset law of the five sweating when exposed to wind diseases in "The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber",and based on Zhang Zhongjing's understanding of the five related diseases, sweating when exposed to wind Divided into general physiological sweating when wind and special typhoid fever when pathological sweating when wind.Analyze the in-depth meaning of Chinese medicine with the multi-angle meaning of "wind",review the current situation of the pathological process of Chinese medicine, and look forward to the way out,in order to make a little contribution to the theory of Chinese medicine pathogenesis. The full text is divided into four parts:the historical origin of sweating when exposed to wind, basic pathogenic principles, understanding the etiology of sweat as wind from "wind" and metaphors, and Zhang Zhongjing's in-depth research on the etiology of sweat as wind.In the first part, after summarizing the causes of sweating when exposed to wind in the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine in chronological order,it was found that physiological sweating and lack of attention to post-sweat regimen and maintenance often cause sweating when exposed to wind. The etiology of sweating when exposed to wind is closely related to concepts such as Niuli,Xuanfu, and Yingwei. With the advancement of history, the "wind" felt by sweating has been gradually decomposed into specific wind, cold, and dampness from the "xuexie thief wind" emphasized in the Neijing.Traditional Chinese medicine summarizes the evils of sweat as the wind, and on the basis of the six evils represented by the "wind"of exogenous feelings,it has evolved into the excavation and emphasis on the "sweat of internal depression".On the whole, the phenomenon of sweating when exposed to wind is very widespread, and it is an important pathogenic factor in the onset of external infections and internal injuries. In the second part, this article starts with the concept and essence of Lili and the theoretical basis of sweating when exposed to wind in Neijing. The author summarizes the general law of sweating when exposed to wind.Sweating when exposed to wind is a combination of sweating,qi,qi,and deficiencies.Another mechanism of disease is to directly or indirectly block the normal operation of the two qi of Yingwei and Wei.In the third part, this article analyzes the various meanings of "wind" from the perspectives of nature, humanities, and physics.Based on the pressure difference properties of wind in physics, the basic principles of "sweat-stained skin" and sweating are caused by the wind. The deep mechanism of the disease has made bold speculations and imaginations, and concluded that the formation of the discussion about sweating in Chinese medicine is based on the perception of the cause of the disease in Chinese medicine based on metaphors and"comparison with images".The fourth part systematically explored Zhang Zhongjing's in-depth understanding of sweating when wind and typhoid fever.By summarizing the symptoms and treatments of dampness, calendar knots, blood numbness, yellow sweat, and kidney disease caused by sweating when wind in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, summarize the rationality of birth and pathological sweat when sweating when wind is caused by the wind. The law of disease and treatment.Rheumatism and blood numbness are the feeling of wind evil after sweating;the yellow sweat and the kidney are the feeling of water dampness after sweating;Lijie can be caused by wind evil or water dampness.Physiological sweating is the wind, and the milder ones can block the muscles and joints and cause dampness. Most use ephedra decoctions, such as Mahuang Jiashu Decoction,Maxing Ligan Decoction, etc.,the disease is true, mainly to drive away evil spirits; In addition to obstructing the meridian,it may also cause the imbalance of the function of opening and closing the bowel,so Guizhitang-like prescriptions are often used. When typhoid fever is caused by pathological sweating when wind occurs, aconite is added due to the loss of yang and body fluid to strengthen the body and warm the yang to dispel dampness. The prescription is Guizhi plus aconite decoction. The thesis combines "wind, cold and dampness of the three qi to be mixed","typhoid fever on the eighth or nine days, rheumatism interrelated",and discusses the actual pathology of "typhoid and sweating when exposed to wind",the special situation of sweating when exposed to wind.Typhoid fever in "typhoid fever eight or nine days" is narrowly sensed typhoid fever, and typhoid fever is mostly attributed to sweating. The "wind" and "wetness" of"rheumatism" are respectively the narrow sense of wind and the wetness of "sweat-stained skin".The generalization of the pathological process of typhoid sweating when the wind is"wind, cold and dampness are mixed together",which is essentially unified with"rheumatism".The sweating after "typhoid fever",due to sudden exposure to the wind, failed to complete the release of heat with sweat, instead, due to the combined effects of sweating, skin and righteous damage,it evolved into severe rheumatism. Its basic pathogenesis is "three Imaginary harmony"."Rheumatism" is not only the pathogenesis of typhoid fever and sweating when exposed to wind, but also a high-level summary of its specific pathological process.Zhang Zhongjing's in-depth exploration of the etiology of sweating and wind has a profound impact on the development of the etiology and pathology of Chinese medicine, and also has important significance for disease prevention under the background of modern warm climate and rapid development of human science and technology.
