Discussion Of Zhongjing Sweating Treatment Thinking From Sweating Mechanism

Objective:By the approach of investigation on sweating physiological mechanism, we researched the sweating treatment theory of Zhongjing, and try to find some internal disciplinary of zhongjing sweating theory.Method:From the demention of yinyang, wuxing, jinye, qixue, yingwei, qiqing, we study the sweating physiological mechanism, and from physiological system of wuzang, liufu, jingluo, couli, we study the sweating physiological mechanism, in order to find the goal of sweating treatment, on narrow sense sweating treatment and on generalized sweating treatment.Results:Physiological system of wuzang, liufu, jingluo, couli are interrelated to sweating and be adjusted by sweating, they also constitute a sweating channel. The goal of sweating treatment is not on sweating, but on adjusting yiyang, qixue, yingwei, wuzang, sanjiao, couli and the bladder system, so as to achieve the status of "five; internal organ of real smooth". There are marrow sense sweating treatment and generalized sweating treatment.Conclusion:Zhongjing’s sweating treatment theory is closely related to sweating physiological mechanism. His theory of appropriate sweating and inappropriate sweating is based on the sweating physiological mechanism. From the goal of sweating treatment, zhongjing’s sweating treatment theory is not only a narrow sweating treatment, but include "the eight treatment" all in his sweating treatment theory. His sweating treatment is not only used to treat six meridian disease, and also on miscellaneous disease. Zhongjing created the theory system and treatment origination of sweating treatment, and influenced a lot of following doctors and there minds.
