Objective:Sweat syndrome is a common clinical symptom with a wide range,not only in internal medicine,but also in gynecology,pediatrics and other related diseases.Therefore,the clinical situation is complicated and diverse,and the diagnosis and treatment are difficult.By collecting,summarizing and sorting out the TCM literature from the pre-Qin to the Qing dynasty,this paper draws the understanding of the medical doctors of all generations on the etiology and pathogenesis of sweating syndrome and the prescriptions and treatments.And use statistical methods to analyze the regularity of Chinese medicine prescriptions,and provide a reference for Chinese medicine treatment of sweat syndrome.Methods:This subject adopts the traditional method of literature research,sum up,the related literature in pre-Qin dynasty to the Qing dynasty and sweat as the main research object,based on the related medical books of the Chinese medical screening,to retrieve relevant content,combined with excellent physical books,organize,analyze and summarize the sweat the etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic treatment,for the development of the theory of "liquid of sweat for the heart" process were discussed,and through the literature research and analysis method of combining the computer in the ancient prescription drugs frequency statistics,reveal the regularity of drug treatment of the khan.Results: 1.Combing the research on sweat syndrome in medical texts from the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties to modern times,it is divided into five periods to introduce the development of sweat syndrome theory.The period of pre-Qin and Han Dynasties was the stage of preliminary understanding of sweat syndrome.With a basic understanding of the physiological causes,etiology and pathogenesis of sweating,it laid a theoretical foundation for the later period.From the Northern and Southern Dynasties to the Sui and Tang Dynasties,there was a further understanding of Khan evidence.During the Song and Jin Dynasties,the understanding of etiology andpathogenesis was further improved,and many prescriptions for treating sweat syndrome were created.The Ming and Qing Dynasties summarized and perfected the knowledge of the predecessors and put forward new ideas.In the modern era,through the summarization of clinical experience and clinical research,summing up previous experience and combining modern medical concepts and technologies,it has enriched the understanding of sweat syndrome.2.This article makes statistics on the frequency of the famous prescriptions for the treatment of sweat syndrome in ancient times,and makes statistics on the four flavors and five flavors of high-frequency medicines and the classics.The results showed that the most frequent drug was Astragalus,followed by Atractylodes macrocephala and Ginseng.From the perspective of drug classification,the first three categories are tonic drugs,astringent drugs,and heat-clearing drugs,with tonic drugs accounting for the largest proportion.According to the statistics of the Four Qis,the top three are Ping,Wen and Wei Wen.According to the five-flavor statistics of high-frequency drugs,the most used sweet drugs.According to the statistics of meridian medicine,spleen,lung and heart account for the top three.Conclusion: The theory of Khan's evidence was gradually improved from the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties to modern times.Summarizing the basic treatment of sweat syndrome is as follows: the differentiation of syndromes is based on the deficiency and truth,and the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on qi supplementation,while nourishing yin and nourishing blood.
