The Clinical Observation Which Is Hehan Granule In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Hot Flashes Sweating

Objective: This topic was set up in order to observe and Chinese prescription for the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type hot flashes sweat out effect, and compared with proprietary Chinese medicine for clinical curative effect of liuwei dihuang pill, the treatment effect, duration, and other aspects to observe, to weigh the pros and cons, the pursuit of optimal treatment.Methods: From July 2015 to January 2016 in patients with traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient clinic in jinan screening in liver and kidney Yin deficiency type perimenopausal hot flushes the sweat out of the 60 cases of patients. All the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. One group for the treatment group, taking and sweat from Fried grain, another group as control group, taking liuwei dihuang pill, two groups of treatment for 12 weeks. Improved through internationally recognized Kupperman Index(KI) scale, TCM syndrome scale integral to observe changes before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms improve the situation, and then detected in patients before and after treatment serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E2) levels, according to the results of these indexes for statistical analysis.Results: Two groups after treatment by the rank and inspection(p < 0.05, treatment group total effectiveness 93.33%, control group total effective rate was 83.33%. By comparing the patients’ clinical symptoms before and after medication, medication before treatment group and control group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale score, Kupperman Index(KI) rating scale, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). After drug treatment group and control group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale score, Kupperman Index(KI) rating scale differences were significant(P < 0.05), between the two group total effective rate is statistically significant(P < 0.05) shows that overall treatment group is better than that of control group, and in improving patients’ main symptoms and signs and local were better than that in control group.Conclusion: Particles and sweat for menopausal hot flashes around sweat out the treatment curative effect obviously, reduce the serum FSH, improve the hormone level of E2, a series of clinical symptoms, which can effectively improve patient, also can shorten the treatment course, and grain is easy to make the patients received reduce the resistance patients take Chinese traditional medicine, drug safety non-toxic side effects, for clinical application worth extending.
