Purpose:Summing up the experience in the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment about diabetes with sweating abnormalities from Li Jinglin.At the same time,inheriting academic ideology and treatment experience of professor Li.Just to provide some ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of sweating abnormalities,and deepen the development of traditional medicine in the diagnosis and treatment in the aspect of diabetes with sweating abnormalities.Material and method:During the two years of learning with professor Li,I have been combining the basic theory of TCM with clinical work,explorating and discovering continually to the splendidness from professor Li simultaneously.I have been summarizing and subsiding tne experience of professor Li in diagnosis and treatment besides.So based on above process,I consults mass ancient books,and refers to plentiful related literature,finally accomplishes the dissertation about professor Li's experience in the treatment of xiaoke combined with sweating.Results: 1.Professor Li believes that the key pathogenesis of Diabetes with sweating abnormalities is deficiency of qi and internal heat of yin deficiency.2.Professor Li thinks that the reason of self-sweating disease is non-consolidation of Lung-Wei,and the course of night sweating disease is internal heat of yin deficiency.3.Professor Li diagnoses and treats xiaoke combined with sweating from three aspects in upper,middle and lower.4.Professor Li diagnoses and treats abnormal sweating from the twelve earthly branches,finally receives good curative effect in the clinical practice.Conclusion: 1.Professor Li takes the self-designed hidroschesis prescription to fill up qi with regulate wei and converge with halt sweat towards self-sweating disease,and takes the yiguanjian to nourish yin with reduce fire and converge with halt sweat towards night sweat.At the same time,he adds ear acupoint to invigorate spleen and supplement qi and enrich yin to inhibit yang respectively.By the treatment of both inside and outside of body,finally receives good curative effect in the clinical practice.2.On the basis of applying the hidroschesis prescription,Professor Li diagnoses and treats xiaoke combined with sweating from three aspects in upper,middle and lower.At the same time,he adds the external therapy of ear acupoint to diagnose and treat.Finally for a good curative effect.3.According to the meridian and collateral theory,Professor Li connects the twelve earthly branches with the theory of channel tropism of TCM.And he applies it flexibly to clinical work to gain perfect effect in the end.
