The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture Therapy With Scrapping For The Treatment Of Globus Hysteriocus

ObjectiveThis paper mainly based on randomized research design principles,compare acupuncture therapy with scrapping and acupuncture therapy,to observe the clinical effect of Globus hystericus,aimed to explore the effect difference between acupuncture therapy with scrapping and acupuncture therapy in treatment of cases with Globus hystericus,to provide a better method to treat for clinical application.MethodsThe case study from Sydney TCM Healing Center,case collection time for the December 2015-December 2016,60 cases were collected in line with the diagnosis of patients with Globus hystericus,wherein the acupuncture therapy with scrapping group of 30 patients,acupuncture therapy group 30 cases.Treatment was twice a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment.The therapeutic effects were observed after 1 courses.With "Globus sensation"symptoms as main observation indexes,compared the clinical effects of two groups.ResultsEfficacy evaluation of comparisonAfter treatment,the overall efficacy of the two groups in patients with comparative evaluation aspects:Acupuncture therapy with scrapping group,the total effective rate was 93.33%;Acupuncture therapy group,the total effective rate was 73.33%;The rank sum test,z=-2.57,P=0.01,the different was significant(P<0.05).Comparison on scores of Globus hysteriocus before and after treatmentThe main symptoms of Globus hysteriocus before and after treatment of patients with acupuncture therapy with scrapping group,Nonparametric test,the different was significant(P<0.01).T test of self-comparison on scores of general symptoms of Globus hysteriocus before and after treatment of patients with acupuncture therapy with scrapping group,and the different was significant(P<0.01).The main symptoms of Globus hysteriocus before and after treatment of patients with acupuncture therapy group,Nonparametric test,the different was significant(P<0.01).T test of self-comparison on scores of general symptoms of Globus hysteriocus before and after treatment of patients with acupuncture therapy group,and the different was significant(P<0.01).score comparison after treatmentNonparametric test on scores of main symptoms of the two groups of patients after being treated,and the different was significant(P<0.05).T test on scores of general symptoms of the two groups of patients after being treated,and the different was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe research result showed that acupuncture therapy has some effects to relieve pharyngeal symptoms and general symptoms of Globus hysteriocus patients.However,clinical effects of treatment with acupuncture therapy with scrapping are more significant than those of acupuncture therapy.Therefore,acupuncture therapy with scrapping has clinical spread value.
