Clinical Observation On Head Of Scrapping Treatment On Bell’s Palsy

Objective:Through the observation on head of scrapping treatment on Bell’s palsy in the acute phase of clinical curative effect, evaluation head of scrapping treatment on Bell’s palsy acute period of efficacy and the improvement of local microcirculation for clinical provide a safe, effective and easy to accept and promotion of treatment.Methods:60cases met inclusion criteria of Bell’s palsy acute stage patients were randomly divided into three groups respectively is head of scrapping treatment group,acupuncture treatment group, acupuncture treatment and head of scrapping treatment group, each group of20cases. To compare the three therapies before and after each stage treatment of the three groups Bell’s palsy patients House-Brackmann grading scales (H-B) functional score about the improvement, at the same time to compare before treatment and after the first stage of treatment the three groups of plasma endothelin levels.Results:1. The three groups after every stages of treatment H-B function score and treatment before score more are elevated (P<0.01); After the first course of treatment, three groups of H-B function score compared no significant difference (P>0.05); After the second course of treatment, three groups of H-B function score and compared the difference was significant (P<0.01), both between compared each other found that conventional acupuncture group H-B functional score increase large degree (P<0.05) especially compared head of scrapping group have a high contrast difference (P<0.01), but acupuncture treatment and head of scrapping treatment group with head of scrapping group compared H-B functional score no obvious difference (P>0.05); After the third course of treatment, three groups of H-B function score and after the second course of treatment of the same.2. Three groups of patients after the first treatment general curative effect is no significant difference (P>0.05); After the second and three course of treatment of efficacy in comparison with conventional acupuncture group efficacy is superior to the other two groups (P<0.05), and acupuncture treatment and head of scrapping treatment group with head of scrapping group had no significant difference; After the third course of treatment, the efficacy of the three groups have been as the same as after the second course of treatment.3. Three groups of patients before and after the first course of treatment the content of ET had a significant difference (P<0.05), after the first course of treatment the three groups of the content of ET are not all equal (P<0.01), both between compared each other found that acupuncture group ET decreased greatly (P<0.05) and with head of scrapping group compared with the obvious difference, and acupuncture treatment and head of scrapping treatment group with head of scrapping group ET decreased amplitude difference was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The three treatment methods in the paper can be used for the treatment of Bell’s palsy at acute stage.2. Head of scrapping treatment of Bell’s palsy have a certain clinical efficacy, although the efficacy is somewhat less than simple acupuncture group,but because of its non-invasive, safe, easy to learn and easy to accept and have some clinical advantages.3. Acupuncture treatment and head of scrapping treatment is somewhat less than simple acupuncture group in the efficacy, suggesting that these two treatments the combination can not be achieved superposition results.4. Bell’s palsy patients with acute period had microcirculation disorder, through the head of scraping treatment, acupuncture treatment and acupuncture and head of scrapping treatment can improve microcirculation in patients.
