The Clinical Efficiency Research Of Scrapping Combined With Moxibustion To Treat Lumbodorsal Myofascitis

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of scrapping combined with moxibustion on lumbodorsal myofascitis, to provide a simple, effcetive, economic therapy in treating lumbodorsal myofascitis.Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table. Scrapping combined with moxibustion was applied in treatment group,took scrapping every 6 days and moxibustion every 3 day. Manuever therapy was applied in control group, and took a treatment every 3 day.Two groups were treated for 30 days as a curative course. At the end of the course, to observe every group before and after treatment about the score situation of pain?tenderness of muscle and the waist dysfunction index, and the adverse reaction during treatment. Using statistical analysis at last.Results Within group comparison:two groups of patients had obvious difference in VAS pain score?tenderness score and the waist dysfunction index before and after treatment (P<0.05) Results indicated that the two methods could alleviate the symptoms of patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis. Comparison among groups:VAS pain score?tenderness score and the waist dysfunction index had obvious differences(P<0.05). Results indicated that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group in the aspect of aleviating pain and improving the function of waist on lumbodorsal myofascitis.Conclusion Scrapping combined with moxibustion therapy had a certain superiority in aleviating pain and improving the function of waist. Scrapping and moxibustion therapy could be also effective for the treatment and prevention of low back pain, moreover, scrapping and moxibustion therapy had better practicability and compliance and were more suitable for family.
