Qinghua Decoction Was Used In Combination With Scrapping Point Acupuncture To Treat Adenoid Hypertrophy (Toxic Heat And Blood Stasis) In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinghua decoction combined with scrapping point acupuncture in the treatment of 60 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy(toxic heat and blood stasis type),so as to enrich the theory of effective treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in clinical children and provide a new effective treatment scheme for the treatment of this disease.Methods: 60 cases children with adenoid hypertrophy diagnosed by traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of the second affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine,between 3 and 10 years old,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,In the experimental group,30 children with adenoid hypertrophy were given self-designed qinghua decoction combined with scrapping point acupuncture therapy,In the control group,30 children with adenoid hypertrophy were treated with self-made Qinghua decoction,conduct a comparative observation study.Results: After 4 weeks of therapy,the experimental group the total effective rate was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 86.67%,SPSS20.0with statistical software through statistical analysis,P < 0.05,suggesting that the experimental group and control group of two kinds of methods for the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy were compared statistically significant between treatment effect,the curative effect of the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion: For the disease of adenoid hypertrophy in children,the effect of TCM combined with external treatment is better than that of TCM alone.If conditions permit,external treatment can be selected as clinical adjuvant therapy to enhance the clinical effect.The combination of Qinghua decoction and scrapping point acupuncture is worthy of clinical promotion.
