Acne vulgaris is dermatologists common disease. At present, there is no effective treatment for acne therapy.With many years clinical experience professor Fu Jieying treat acne received good clinical results by improving the physical method of acne patients, which under the guidance of constitution-diseases-syndrome theory.ObjectivesThrough this topic, it observe the effect of treatment on Acne with Damp Heat Constitution by Scrapping on the Bladder meridian and acupuncture. It is also in the treatment of acne, with physical conditioning. Discussing the clinical mechanism on acupuncture treatment of acne, Which based on the scraping of the BL. it evaluates the efficacy and safety of the treatment, also provides a new way for acne treatment.MethodsMethods In this study, through the results of the questionnaire, which from the "Chinese constitution classification and determination"(2009-3-26 Association of Chinese Medicine), the hamp heat constitution of the acne patients were included as research study. The patients were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group one/control group two. The treatment group treated by acupuncture and scraping the Bladder meridrian. Control group one with acupuncture therapy, and control group two with scraping. Treatment group gives acupuncture treatment once every other day, scraping the back once in a week time, the control group one gives acupuncture once every other day. Anther control group gives scraping once in a week. Treatmented for 4-6 weeks. After the treatment, facial skin lesions were observed to improve the situation, rating the severity of changes in circumstances and physical integration. Establish a database for statistical analysis using CS10.34.ResultsResults After treatment, three groups of patients overall treatment effect, treatment group, the total effective rate was 95.8%,83.3% in the control group one,75% in control group two. Statistical analysis, the efficacy of the treatment group than the both control group(P<0.05); Control group 1, control group 2 have the same effect. Physical improvement of two groups of patients, the treatment group and control group 1 was significantly (P <0.05), the difference between treatment group and control group 2 was not statistically significant.ConclusionIn the acupuncture treatment of acne vulgaris, In terms of efficacy or overall improvement in the lesions, identified the body, with combination of syndrome therapy and acupuncture therapy, scrapping therapy all have stable t efficacy. The combination therapy has the best effect than the others. In physical improvements, The combination therapy and simple Bladder scraping therapy in improvement of physical symptoms have a better effect, and routine acupuncture therapy no obvious improvement of physical heat;Scraping Therapy Acupuncture physical conditioning heat treatment in order to humid for acne and other diseases based on both physical profound significance, should be given high priority in clinical practice to enhance clinical efficacy.
