Clinical Effect Research On Holographic Meridian Scrapping Therapy In Neck Disomfort

Objective:This research objectively evaluates the clinical curative effects of Holographic meridian scrapping therapy to treat the Sub-health neck discomfort and its security,then providing a more effective intervention for Sub-health neck discomfort.Method:The subject screened out the neck discomfort who met the study of sub-health state, were randomly divided into Holographic meridian scrapping group and Traditional scrapping therapy group,while screening out the healthy subjects included in the healthy group.Followed by sub-health state of the neck is not the amount of rating scale,the scale of NDI,the SF-36scale score and the infrared image acquisition, to SPSS19.0data software for statistical analysis, based on objective evaluation of Holographic meridian scrapping therapy the clinical efficacy of the intervention sub-health neck discomfort.Result:This research included99patients and6cases fall off. After two course of intervention The total effectiveness of the Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group is97.36%, the Traditional scrapping therapy group90.3%. The significant effectiveness of the Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group is78.1%, the Traditional scrapping therapy group67.7%. There is statistically significant among groups for the significant effectiveness(P<0.05); and there is no statistically significant among groups for the total effectiveness(P>0.05).The Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group, the Traditional scrapping therapy group, before and after the group intervention of the floating stab neck discomfort scale, scale of NDI, the domains of SF-36scale infrared image maximum temperature, average temperature, minimum temperature were significantly different(P<0.005). The Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group and the Traditional scrapping therapy group were significantly different(p<0.05). The Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group, the Traditional scrapping therapy group and the health people group has significant difference(P<0.05), but The Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group and the Traditional scrapping therapy group has no significant difference(P>0.05).The NDS scale after the first course of treatment,The Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group has a more significant difference(P<0.05).Three group of grade1and grade2safety scale to all for100%, and there is no adverse reaction in the experiments.Conclusion:(1)This subject shows that the Holographic meridian scrapping therapy, Traditional scrapping therapy intervention in the neck discomfort and significant and certainly the clinical effects,can improve the clinical symptom of neck discomfort, cervical function and quality of life and to improve the neck discomfort the temperature of the district.(2)The Holographic meridian scrapping therapy improve the clinical symptoms of neck discomfort, cervical function in neck discomfort zone temperature is better than Traditional scrapping therapy. To improve the quality of life was on significant difference among two group.(3)The Holographic meridian scrapping therapy group got faster in improving clinical symptoms than the Traditional scrapping therapy.
