| Objective:Observation of Shu Jiang He Wei ? decotion on liver stomach discord,Qi depression and phlegm obstruction type globus hysteriocus(globus sensation)effect before and after treatment in patients with pharyngeal foreign body sensation,TCM symptom,anxiety and depression,to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:Selected globus hysteriocus(globus sensation)diagnosis and TCM syndrome differentiation of liver stomach discord,qi depression and phlegm obstruction cases 64 cases,randomly divided into observation group and control group of 32 cases.The observation group was given Shu Jiang He Wei ? decotion treatment,the control group received Deanxit treatment,the difference after 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups of pharyngeal paresthesia scores,TCM symptom scores,anxiety scores,depression scores,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20 software,P<0.05 said there was meaning.Results:1.Comparison of pharyngeal foreign body sensation scores:the observation group and the control group after treatment of pharyngeal foreign body sensation scores were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the two options for the treatment of pharyngeal foreign body sensation have curative effect.At the same time,the comparison of treatment results were compared between the observation group after treatment,pharyngeal foreign body sensation score decreased more significantly,there were statistically significant differences between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05),suggesting that the pharyngeal foreign body sensation improved more significantly.2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:the observation group and the control group after treatment of TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the two programs have a therapeutic effect on TCM symptom.At the same time,the results were compared after treatment between groups,the observation group after treatment of TCM symptom integral decreased more significantly,there were statistically significant differences between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05),suggesting that TCM symptom improvement is more significant.3.Comparison of anxiety and depression scores:the observation group and the control group after treatment of anxiety and depression scores were decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that two methods can improve the anxiety and depression;comparison of data between groups,the two groups had no statistically significant difference after treatment of anxiety and depression scores,can think of two kinds of solutions efficacy improvement in anxiety and depression.4.TCM symptom scores and anxiety and depression scores correlation:the observation group and the control group before treatment,TCM symptom scores and anxiety and depression scores had positive linear correlation,preliminary confirmed the liver stomach discord,Qi depression and phlegm obstruction type globus hysteriocus(globus sensation)associated with anxiety and depression status of patients.Conclusion:The results of this study show that Shu Jiang He Wei II decotion can better improve liver stomach discord,Qi depression and phlegm obstruction type globus hysteriocus(globus sensation)in patients with pharyngeal foreign body sensation and other symptoms,and can improve the anxiety and depression status of patients,confirmed that the TCM treatment of globus hysteriocus(globus sensation)reflects the clinical value of Shu Jiang He Wei ?decotion,it is worth popularizing.And confirmed the liver stomach discord,Qi depression and phlegm obstruction type globus hysteriocus(globus sensation)associated with anxiety and depression status of patients. |
