A Clinical Research On The Acupuncture And Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined With Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Stage ? Shoulder-hand-syndrome(SHS) After Ischemic Stroke

Objective:Evaluate the clinical efficacy and superiority of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Rehabilitation training in the treatment of stage ? shoulder-hand-syndrome(SHS) after Ischemic Stroke.to provide a more optimized and integrated approach for the clinical treatment of SHS after Stroke.Methods:The patients in the stage ? shoulder-hand-syndrome(SHS) after Ischemic Stroke were divided into into treatment group and control group according to the method of simple random, each had 30 patients. On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the control group was treated with rehabilitation treatment and the treatment group was given acupuncture,Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and rehabilitation training. The treatment were lasted for 4 weeks. The treatment effect of SHS was assessed by FMA,VAS,BI and swelling of the score respectively in the time of before treatment, treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks and 1 months after completion of treatment.Results:Treatment group total effectiveness 89.7%, control group total effectiveness 80.0%, compared two groups have significant difference (P<0.05), the overall efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.FMA score of two groups have no significant difference before the treatment(P> 0.05). After treatment, FMA score of both groups were obviously different from before (P<0.05),and the comparison between the two way also have significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.VAS score of two groups have no significant difference before the treatment(P> 0.05). After treatment, VAS score of both groups were obviously different from before (P<0.05),and the comparison between the two way also have significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Swelling score of two groups have no significant difference before the treatment(P> 0.05). After treatment, Swelling score of two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05). but the treatment group have the greater score rate than the control group;Both groups were obviously different from before (P<0.05).BI score of two groups have no significant difference before the treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, BI score of two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05),but the treatment group BI score rate is greater than the control group;Both groups were obviously different from before (P<0.05).After 1 month follow-up, in patients with two groups of FMA, VAS,BI and swelling scores, compared with the end of the treatment. there were no obvious changes (P>0.05), the condition is relatively stable, i.e. both treatments are has a good long-term clinical efficacy.Conclusion:1.For the treatment of stage ? shoulder-hand-syndrome(SHS) after Ischemic Stroke, acupuncture,Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training or simple rehabilitation therapy can effectively reduce the degree of limb swelling, pain, improve the upper limb movement function defect degree, improve their ability of daily life, and all have ideal long-term efficacy.2.For the treatment of stage ? shoulder-hand-syndrome(SHS) after Ischemic Stroke, take cupuncture,Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training is better than simple rehabilitation training on the treatment of ease pain degree, to improve the upper limb movement function. And it has more advantages in reducing the limb swelling, improving the patients' daily life ability than simple rehabilitation therapy.3.Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training is safe and reliable on the treatment of stage ? SHS after Ischemic Stroke.
