Acupuncture Combined With Chinese Traditional Medicine Wet Apply Stroke Shoulder Hand Syndrome Curative Effect Observation

Objective: Acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine wet therapy on shoulder hand syndrome clinical curative effect of cerebral apoplexy.Methods: In all the 61 patients, second hospitalized patients with acupuncture and Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu province in 2014 March to 2015 March, two patients were randomly divided into treatment group (acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress group) and control group (acupuncture group), the treatment group 31, control group 30. Based on the stroke of two groups of patients on conventional therapy, two groups were "Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture treatment for stroke, take Neiguan, people, Sanyinjiao acupoints treatment of stroke, the spring, Neiguan, Waiguan acupuncture on shoulder hand syndrome, acupuncture treatment 1 times a day, every week 5 acupuncture the treatment,2 weeks for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of wet compress with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. After 2 courses according to the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score before and after treatment with pain scale (VAS) score. Observe the different effects between the treatment group and the control group, the contrast.Results: After treatment, the symptoms of treatment group and the control group of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were improved, within the same group before and after treatment comparisons of pain scale and simplify Fugl-Meyer motor function score scoring with a very significant (P<0.05); Studies show that the two treatments are an effective method to treat stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Group of symptoms after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant improvement in scores (P<0.05), suggesting "Xing Nao Kai Qiao" + wet apply Chinese traditional medicine group is superior to the pure "Xing Nao Kai Qiao". Treatment group cure 6 cases (19.35% of total),14 cases were markedly improved (45.16% overall),9 cases (29.03% of total) effectively, invalid in 2 cases (6.45% of total), the total effective rate was 93.55%; Control group recovered in 1 case (3.33% overall),15 cases were markedly improved (50% overall), in effective five of cases (16.66% of total), and in invalid 9 cases (30.00%), and total effective rate 70.00%, P< 0.05, there are differences in curative effect in treatment group and control group can be thought of.Conclusion:"Xing Nao Kai Qiao" acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine wet compress and pure "awake brain begin to understand" acupuncture method on shoulder hand syndrome after all have curative effect after stroke, "Xing Nao Kai Qiao" the big comprehensive therapy efficacy of acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine wet compress better, worthy of clinical promotion.
