A Clinical Study On Eye Acupuncture With Acupuncture Rehabilitation Therapy In The Treatment Of Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Purpose:By observing the clinical effects of eye acupuncture and acupuncture rehabilitation therapy in treating shoulder hand syndrome after stroke,this paper provides a more effective and more acceptable method for the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Materials and methods: Collected 60 shoulder hand syndrome after stroke convalescent patients who were hospitalized in May 2017 to January 2018 in Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation center encephalopathy in patients with two families,stage in?.Using the random number table method to divide the experimental group(eye acupuncture with acupuncture exercise therapy group)and the control group(simple rehabilitation group),each group 30 cases.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,the experimental group was given an eye acupuncture,conduct regular rehabilitation training during the period of retaining acupuncture,Both groups were given Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets(Loxonin)60mg to relieve the pain when necessary,the course is4 weeks.Through statistical processing,Before and after treatment,two groups was evaluated the effect by using the visual analogue scale for pain(VAS),upper limb simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA),the shoulder-hand syndrome scale(SHSS)and the dosage of loxonin in the two groups.Result:1.After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were significantly lower than before,with significant difference(P < 0.01),and the experimental group was superior to the control group;2.After treatment,the FMA scores in the two groups were significantly higher than before,with significant difference(P < 0.01),and the experimental group was superior to the control group;3.After treatment,the SHSS scores in the two groups were lower than before,with significant difference(P < 0.01),and the experimental group was superior to the control group;4.The experimental group was able to reduce the amount of Loxonin.Conclusion:1.Rehabilitation therapy with eye acupuncture and simple rehabilitation training are effective in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.2.The clinical effect of eye acupuncture with acupuncture rehabilitation therapy on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke is obviously better than that of simple rehabilitation training;3.The treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after apoplexy with eye acupuncture rehabilitation therapy can reduce the dosage of Loxonin;4.The method of the eye acupuncture and acupuncture rehabilitation therapy on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke is simple,safe and no adverse reaction,and it's worth popularization in clinical.
