Purpose:This study aim to explore the effect and its clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with acupuncture on motor function of upper limbs?function of shoulder?function of finger-palm?pain and shoulder-hand syndrome assessment in patients with shoulder hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke,to promote the combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy is applied,carries forward traditional Chinese medicine theray.Material and method:From December 2016 to December 2017,60 cases of brain K1 ward of rehabilitation center of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.On the basis of basic treatment and rehabilitation training,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with acupuncture treatment.The control group had the same treatment as the observation and treatment except the traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy.The daily treatment was on the Sunday rest,and the 2 week was 1 courses,a total of 2 courses.Before and after treatment,respectively,for patients with upper limb simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA),Visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopardic Association scores(JOA),Palm Finger Function Score(Zhongye-Yujing),Shoulder Hand Syndrome Assessment Evaluation of Scale(SHS).The SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the date of the two geoups to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined acupuncturein the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after storke.Results: 1.Two groups of patients with gender,the nature of the lesion,the lesion by Pearson chi-square test,P>0.05;Two groups of age,course of disease,before the treatment of upper limb simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA),Visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopardic Association scores(JOA),Palm Finger Function Score(Zhongye-Yujing),Shoulder Hand Syndrome Assessment Evaluation of Scale(SHS)with independent sample t test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,comparable.2.The two groups before and after treatment in patients with upper upper limb simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA),Visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopardic Association scores(JOA),Palm Finger Function Score(Zhongye-Yujing),Shoulder Hand Syndrome Assessment Evaluation of Scale(SHS)by paired samples t test,p<0.05,symptom of to improve.3.The two groups after treatment in patients with Visual analogue scale(VAS),Shoulder Hand Syndrome Assessment Evaluation of Scale(SHS)scale by independent sample t test p<0.05,a significant effect.The two groups after treatment in patients with upper limb simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA),Japanese Orthopardic Association scores(JOA),Palm Finger Function Score(Zhongye-Yujing)scale by independent sample t test p>0.05,the difference was not significant.Conclusion: 1.Chinese medicine ironing combined with acupuncture treatment and simple acupuncture treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke has a curative effect.2.Chinese medicine ironing combined with acupuncture in reducing pain relieve shoulder hand syndrome were superior to simple acupuncture treatment.There is no significant difference in motor function,shoulder function,finger palm function and acupuncture treatment between Chinese medicine and ironing combined with acupuncture.3.Chinese medicine ironing combined with acupuncture for the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke is effective,easy to operate,safe and worthy of promotion.
