Effects Of "Fuzhengbutu" Acupuncture And Moxibustion Therapy Combining With Rehabilitation Training In Shoulder Hand Syndrome With Stage Ⅰ After Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To Observe the effects of "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture and moxibustion Therapy combining with Rehabilitation Training on shoulder hand syndrome with stage I on the upper limb function, shoulder pain and edema during different treatment time after Ischemic stroke, and to discuss the effects and the mechanisms in 7th days,14th days and 28th days after treatment and treatment on shoulder hand syndrome after ischemic stroke.Methods:Patients of 64 cases were recruited in April 2014 to August 2015 in Fujian Provincial Hospital out-patient department of acupuncture and moxibustion and rehabilitation department,who were diagnosed for shoulder hand syndrome stage I after Ischemic stroke, meanwhile were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated with "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture and moxibustion Therapy combining with Rehabilitation Training. The control group was treated with simple Rehabilitation Training. Both were treated for 28 days and 4 courses. To observe the changes of patients on upper limb function, shoulder pain and edema in 7th days,14th days and 28th days after treatment by the evaluation changes of shoulder hand syndrome evaluation assessment (SHSAS), McGill pain questionnaire and simplified scale Fugl-Meyer (FMA).Results:1.Two groups of 7th days after treatment in shoulder hand syndrome assessment scale showed no significant difference(P>0.05) by comparison of McGill pain questionnaire and simplified scale Fugl Meyer (FMA).2.The two groups after treatment for 14th days and 28th days after the shoulder hand syndrome assessment scale, found significant differences (P<0.05) by comparison of McGill pain questionnaire and simplified scale Fugl Meyer (FMA).3.After treatment, "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture and moxibustion Therapy combining with Rehabilitation Training group was 87% in the total of clinical effective rate; while simple Rehabilitation Training group was 68% in the total of clinical effective rate.Conclusions:l.This topic for Ischemic stroke shoulder hand syndrome from the views on congenital and acquired, found the "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture and moxibustion Therapy combining with Rehabilitation Training on ischemic stroke patients with shoulder hand has no obvious effects on the shoulder pain, upper limb function and edema after 7th days of treatment.2.This topic found the "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture and moxibustion Therapy combining with Rehabilitation Training on stroke patients with shoulder hand has obvious effects on the shoulder pain, upper limb function and edema after 14th days and 28th day of treatment.3."Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture and moxibustion Therapy combining with Rehabilitation Training on ischemic stroke patients with shoulder hand syndrome over time, which relieves shoulder pain and edema significantly, delays limb muscle atrophy and greatly improves limb function in the recovery process.4."Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture and moxibustion Therapy combining with Rehabilitation Training are no adverse reaction, and the treatment means of ischemic stroke on shoulder hand syndrome treatment is safe, effective and convenient, which conduce to the promotion of social.
