Effects Of Calming The Liver And Suppressing The Hyperactive Yang Recipe On Hypothalamuses And Adrenal Glands Protein Of The Hyperthyroidism Rats With Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang

Objective:To analyse the different expression proteins of rat hypothalamuses and adrenal glands from normal group,hyperthyroidism group with hyperactivity of liver-yang(model group)and the treated group by pinggan-qianyang Chinese medicine(PGQY group)by two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE).Methods:Rat model of hyperthyroidism with hyperactivity of liver-yang was established through Euthyrox(i p)and Aconiti Decoction (i g).The total proteins of rat hypothalamus and adrenal gland were separated by 2-DE,then the difference protein were analysised and identified.Result:1.Compared with normal group,there were 16 differential protein spots in model hypothalamuses tissue,while 13 differential protein spots in model adrenal glands tissue.2.29 differential protein spots were analyzed by mass spectrometry and 19 proteins were identified.Conclusion:1.We established the expression maps of hypothalamuses and adrenal glands tissues in normal,model and PGQY group.2.There were 19 different protein were identified and these proteins take part in redox reactions,immunity,tricarboxylic acid cycle and so on.3.These differential proteins maybe relate to the development of hyperthyroidism with hyperactivity of liver-yang.
