| Objective:The early study of use "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" to treat raised erosive gastritis(REG)which got significant clinical efficacy.This subject intends to use immu nohistochemical detection technology,to investigate the effect of:Jian Pi Qing Hua S an Yu Yins" on CyclinD1,CDK4 and P21 protein in-REG through in vivo experiments.In order to clear the mechanism of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" in treat REG and rich REG clinical research.Method:Included 36 patients in the Second People's Hospital of Fujian Province on outpatient and ward which were diagnosed with REG and match the criteria of Inclusion and exclusion,use"Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" treat for 3 months.The clinically relevant information of 2 cases were incomplete and 2 cases were lost,so there are 32 cases sended into the final statistical analysis.Compared of the clinical manifestations,endoscopic uplift,histopathological changes and the expression of CyclinDl,CDK4 and P21 before and after treatment,and select 20 cases for blank control group in our hospital physical examination center.Results:1.The effect of TCM syndromes:Statistics of TCM scores,?Metting with the program set,13 cases were cured(40.62%),while markedly effective in 8 cases(25%),effective in 8 cases(25%)and the total effective rate was 90.62%.? Depend on the Full analysis set,13 cases were cured(38.24%),while markedly effective in 8 cases(23.53%),effective in 8 cases(23.53%)and the total effective rate was 85.29%.2.The effect of endoscopic morphology:?Metting with the program set,16 cases were cured(50%),while markedly effective in 4 cases(12.5%),effective in 5 cases(15.62%)and the total effective rate was 78.12%.? Depend on the Full analysis set,16 cases were cured(47.06%),while markedly effective in 4 cases(11.76%),effective in 5 cases(14.71%)and the total effective rate was 73.53%.3.The Pathological efficacy:?Metting with the program set,11 cases were cured(34.37%),while markedly effective in 7 cases(21.85%),effective in 9 cases(28.18%)and the total effective rate was 81.25%.?Depend on the Full analysis set,11 cases were cured(32.35%),while markedly effective in 7 cases(20.59%),effective in 9 cases(26.47%)and the total effective rate was 79.41%.4.The expression level changes of CyclinDl:(1)The CyclinD1 IRS value of normal control group was 0.1515 ± 0.02390.And the CyclinDl IHS value of REG patients before treatment was 1.2713 ± 0.08055,which was significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.05);(2)The CyclinD1 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was 0.5653 ±0.21831,which was significantly decreased than before treatment(P<0.05);(3)The CyclinD1 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was higher than normal control group(P<0.05).5.The change of expression level of CDK4:(1)The CDK4 IHS value of normal control group was 0.1580 ? 0.03037.And the CDK4IHS value of REG patients before treatment was 1.2525 ± 0.10280,which was significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.05);(2)The CDK4 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was 0.5747 ± 0.213,which was significantly decreased than before treatment(P<0.05);(3)The CDK4 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was higher than normal control group(P<0.05).6.The change of expression level of P21:(1)The P21 IHS value of normal control group was 0.1585 ± 0.02581.And the P21 IHS value of REG patients before treatment was 1.2713 ± 0.09540,which was significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.05);(2)The P21 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was 0.5625 ± 0.23113,which was significantly decreased than before treatment(P<0.05);(3)The P21 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was higher than normal control group(P<0.05).7.Adverse reactions:no obvious adverse reactions in the process of treatment.Conclusion:1."Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" is safe and effective in the treatment of REG.2.CyclinD1,CDK4 and P21 were high expression in the REG patients and the expression of CyclinDl,CDK4 and P21 were significantly decreased after treatment with "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin".3."Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" may be through decreased of CyclinD1,CDK4,P21 expression to treat REG. |
