| Objective and significance:On the basis of prophase research about the effect of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin",we made the study aimed to further observe clinical efficacy of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" treated Raised erosive gastritis (REG).And through the detection changes of epidermal growth factor (EGF),basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) before and after treatment,we want to explore possible mechanism of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"treated REG and try to elucidate the core of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" treated REG,in order to provide more theory basis for the clinical application of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Fa"in the treatment of REG and explore new ways for the drug therapy of REG.Method:Select36patients diagnosed REG by endoscopic and the patients met the inclusion criteria into the treatment group,and are treated with"Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" oral administration,treatment for3months;among them,Hp-positive patients should be received anti-Hp therapy for14days at first.And then compared by syndrorne,endoscopic morphology,EGF,bFGF,pathological changes and adverse reactions before and after treatment. And choose20people qualified by health examination to detect EGF,bFGF value for comparison.Results:1.The effect of TCM syndromes:It was determined by the index of before and after therapy,the cure rate was56.67%,markedly effective rate of16.67%,effective rate of20.00%,the total effective rate of93.34%.2.The effect of endoscopic morphology:The cure rate was53.33%,markedly effective rate of10.00%,effective rate of13.33%,the total effective rate of76.66%.3.The effect of pathological:The cure rate was16.67%,markedly effective rate of26.67%,effective rate of43.33%,the total effective rate of86.67%.4.The changes of expression level of EGF:(1)The EGF IOD value of normal control group was370329.31±1.91026E5.And the EGF IOD value of REG patients before treatment was476692.1000±1.78061E5,which was significantly higher than the normal control group (P＜0.05);(2)The EGF IOD value of REG patients after treatment was363673.35±2.21820E5, which was significantly decreased than before (P<0.05);(3)There were no difference between normal control group and the REG patients after treatment about the expression of EGF IOD,which shows that the EGF IOD value of REG patients after treatment was dropped to normal levels(P>0.05).5.The changes of expression level of bFGF:(1)The bFGF IOD value of normal control group is236869.86±106444.12.And the bFGF IOD value of REG patients before treatment is741050.41±394244.69,which is significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05);(2)The bFGF IOD value of REG patients after treatment is494425.95±212814.36, which was significantly decreased than before (P<0.05);(3)The bFGF IOD value of REG patients before treatment was different to normal control group(P<0.05),although it was significantly decreased than before,but have not yet returned to normal levels,subject to further treatment.6. Adverse Reactions:In the process of treatment no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" for REG is obvious;2.The abnormal expression of EGF and bFGF may play an important role in promoting the occurrence and development of REG;3."Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" can significantly reduce the expression level of EGF, bFGF in REG patients.Its effective mechanism is associated with the regulative mechanism of the expression level of EGF and bFGF. |
