Influence Of Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin On IL-8,TNF-α And IL-10in Patients With Raised Erosive Gastritis

Objective:This study aims to further observe clinical efficacy of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" treated Raised erosive gastritis.And through the detection changes of inflammatory cytokine interleukin-8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a), interleukin-10(IL-10) before and after treatmen,we want to explore possible mechanism of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"teated Raised erosive gastritis and clear the targets of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"teated Raised erosive gastritis,in order to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of REG.Method:1.36Raised Erosive Gastritis patients whoses syndromes met with Inclusion and exclusion criteria at Department of Gastroenterology clinics/wards in our hospital from February2013to December2013.These patients were given"Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"oral for3months.Hp-positive patients would be given anti-HP therapy with a course of14days before taking traditional Chinese medicine. Among36cases,4cases’clinically relevant information is incomplete,2cases were lost,There are30cases into the finalstatistical analysis.2.20patients were selected in Normal control group. People were qualified by health examination,whose Liver and kidney function tests were normal,no heart, liver, lung, kidney, brain and other important organs diseases.3. Compare REG group and normal control group by IL-8、TNF-a、IL-10.4. Compare REG group by syndrome, endoscopic morphology, pathological changes before and after treatment. And use Immunohistochemical method to detect IL-8, TNF-a, IL-10Before and after treatment respectively5. All data are presented as mean±standard deviation, and analyzed with SPSS18.0software.P<0.05represent that data was statistically significant.Results:1.Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms:According symptom score,the cure rate is56.67%;remarkable effective rate is16.67%; efficiency is20%; ineffective rate is 16.67%;total effective rate is93.34%.2.Endoscopy efficacy:REG group cure rate was53.33%, effective rate is10%, the effective rate of13.33%, total effective rate was76.66%after treatment.3.Pathological efficacy:REG group cure rate was16.67%, effective rate is26.67%, the effective rate of43.33%, total effective rate was86.67%after treatment.4.Compared with Normal control group, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-a expression in REG group patients with are significantly elevated,P<0.05.5.IL-8, IL-10, TNF-a expression was significantly decreased in REG group after treatmen than before,P<0.05.6.REG group after treatment compared expression level of IL-8, IL-10, TNF-a with Normal control group.There is no difference between two groups, P>0.05.7.Adverse reactions:30patients in REG group taking Chinese medicine did not appear adverse reactions.Conclusion:1."Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"is effective for REG.2.The expression of Proinflammatory cytokines IL-8,TNF-a and anti-inflammatory Icytokines IL-10is increased which is an important factor leding to REG.3."Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" can significantly reduce expression level of IL-8, and TNF-a and IL-10,which has a therapeutic effect on REG by regulating the expression level IL-8, TNF-a, IL-10.
