Objective:This study made further observation about the clinical effect of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" treating raised erosive gastritis(REG) on the basis of the previous research work. And through the immunohistochemical technique test the expression situation of the basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),fibroblast growth factor receptor 2(FGFR2) in the gastric mucosal tissue between the REG patients and normal controls. By comparing the effects of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"on the expression of REG patients before and after treatment, clarifying the possible mechanism of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" therapy for REG,clearing REG drug therapeutic targets,providing theoretical basis for clinical application.Method:We select 36 raised erosive gastritis patients treated with "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" oral for 3 months,whoses syndromes met with inclusion and exclusion criteria at department of gastroenterology clinics/wards in our hospital from february 2015 to december 2015. Among 36 cases,except that 1 cases’ clinically relevant information is incomplete and 1 case was lost.There are 34 cases sended into the finalstatistical analysis.The control group selected 20 persons qualified persons by health examination.Observe the changes of the clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and pathological before and after treatment of the REG group.The expression of FGFR2 and bFGF in REG group and control group were compared by immunohistochemistry technique. Compare the expression of bFGF and FGFR2 between REG group and control group through immunohistochemical technique,and before and after treatment of the REG group at the same time.Results:1. The effect of TCM syndromes:It was determined by the index of before and after therapy,the cure rate was 58.83%,markedly effective rate of 26.47%,effective rate of 8.82%,the total effective rate of 94.12%.2. The effect of endoscopic morphology:The cure rate was 52.95%, markedly effective rate of 11.76%, effective rate of 11.76%,the total effective rate of 76.47%.3. The effect of pathological:The cure rate was 20.59%, markedly effective rate of 29.41%, effective rate of 35.29%,the total effective rate of 85.29%.4. The changes of expression level of bFGF:(1)The bFGF IHS value of normal control group is 0.4495±0.21600. And the bFGF IHS value of REG patients before treatment is 1.0062±0.38113, which is significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05);(2)The bFGF IHS value of REG patients after treatment was 0.4659±0.21531, which was significantly decreased than before (P<0.05);(3)There were no difference between normal control group and the REG patients after treatment about the expression of bFGF IHS, which shows that the bFGF IHS value of REG patients after treatment was dropped to normal levels(P>0.05).5. The changes of expression level of FGFR2:(1)The FGFR2 IHS value of normal control group is 0.4945±0.22187. And the FGFR2 IHS value of REG patients before treatment is 0.9429±0.36449,which is significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05);(2)The bFGF IHS value of REG patients after treatment was 0.5468±0.24668, which was significantly decreased than before (P<0.05);(3)There were no difference between normal control group and the REG patients after treatment about the expression of FGFR2 IHS, which shows that the FGFR2 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was dropped to normal levels(P>0.05).6. In the process of treatment no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1. The curative effect of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" for REG is obvious;2. It’s high expression of bFGF and FGFR2 in gastric mucosa of REG;3. "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" can significantly reduce the expression level of bFGF and FGFR2 in REG patients. Its effective mechanism is associated with the regulative mechanism of the expression level of bFGF and FGFR2.
