Purpose:This study investigated the value and safety of argon plasma coagulation combined with eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in the treatment of Hp-associated raised erosive gastritis,by using it to treat Hp associated raised erosive gastritis, while observing the adverse reaction, the number of lesions and the eradication rate of Hp after the treatment.Method:From June 2016 to February 2017.patients with digestive endoscopy in Fujian Provincial People's Hospital, patients diagnosed with raised erosive gastritis(REG)by electrogastroscopy and positive for 14C-urea breath test were included.Meet the inclusion criteria, and does not meet the exclusion criteria of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group, control group.thirty cases. The treatment group was given argon plasma coagulation,anti-Hp.acid suppression therapy, the control group was given anti-Hp.acid suppression treatment, the two groups were observed Adverse reactions after treatment;Gastroscopy and 14C breath test after one year, the number of uplift and Hp eradication before and after treatment were observed in each group.Result:1.One year later, the electronic gastroscope was reviewed. The lesions in both groups were improved. The treatment group recovered in 23 cases, markedly improved in 7 cases, and was effective(healed + markedly)in 30 cases. The effective rate was 100%(30/30);in the control group,7 cases were recovered,12 cases were markedly improved,11 cases were ineffective.and was effective in 19 cases. The total effective rate was 63.33%(19/30),There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total number of uplifted lesions in the treatment group was 321 before treatment. After treatment, the number of uplifted lesions decreased by 272,and the lesion elimination rate was 84.73%(272/321).In the control group, the total number of uplifted lesions was 323 before treatment, and the uplift lesions decreased after treatment.Of the 128 lesions.the elimination rate was 39.63%(128/323);the difference in lesion elimination between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Review 14C breath test, the positive rate of Hp in the treatment group was 30%(9/30);the positive rate of Hp in the control group was 36%(11/30),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between Hp infection and the persistence of elevated lesions(treatment group r=0.408,control group r=0.451).4.2 patients in the treatment group experienced slight abdominal pain after APC.Symptoms were relieved within 24 hours.None of the patients had bleeding or perforation complications. Conclusion:APC combined with Hp eradication treatment of Hp associated raised erosive gastritis curative effect is exact;Hp infection is associated with the persistence of elevated lesions.
