The Effect Of Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin On Bax And Bcl-2 In Raised Erosive Gastritis Patients

Objective:The purpose of the project is to test the changes of B cell lymphoma protein 2(Bcl-2) and Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax) in Raised Erosive Gastritis(REG) patients before and after treatment by immunohistochemistry.we want to explore the possible mechanism of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" treated REG and try to elucidate the core of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" to treat REG,in order to provide more theory basis for the clinical application of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" in the treatment of REG and explore new ways for the drug therapy of REG.Method:The research selected 36 REG patients treated with "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" oral for 3 months.The patients met with the inclusion and exclusion criteria who were from the department of gastroenterology clinics/wards in our hospital.Among 36 cases,the clinically relevant information of one case was incomplete and one case was lost,so there are 34 cases sended into the final statistical analysis.We observed and compared the changes of the symptom,endoscopic morphology, pathologic histology and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in the REG patients before and after treatmentThe level of Bax,Bcl-2 were tested by immunohistochemistry. And chose 20 people qualified by health examination to test Bax,Bcl-2 level for comparison.Results:1.The effect of TCM syndromes:It was determined by the symptom score before and after therapy.The cure rate was 58.83% while the markedly effective rate was 26.47%.The effective rate was 8.82% and the total effective rate was 94.12%.2.The effect of endoscopic morphology:The cure rate was 52.95%, while the markedly effective rate was 11.76%.The effective rate was 11.76% and the total effective rate was 76.47%.3.The Pathological efficacy:The cure rate was 20.59% and the markedly effective rate was 29.41%.The effective rate was 35.29%.The total effective rate was 85.29%.4.The expression level changes of Bax:(1)The Bax IHS value of normal control group was 63.1000±16.06205.And the Bax IHS value of REG patients before treatment was 48.4706±16.66285,which was significantly lower than the normal control group (P<0.05);(2) The Bax IHS value of REG patients after treatment was 61.3529±28.20797,which was significantly increased than before treatment(P<0.05);(3)There was no difference between the normal control group and the REG patients after treatment about the expression of Bax,which showed that the Bax IHS value of REG patients after treatment was closed to normal levels(P>0.05).5.The change of expression level of Bcl-2:(1)The Bcl-2 IHS value of normal control group was 60.1500±19.29078. And the Bcl-2 IHS value of REG patients before treatment was 73.3235±27.03838,which was significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05);(2) The Bcl-2 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was 56.3529±26.34604,which was significantly decreased than before treatment(P<0.05);(3)There was no difference between the normal control group and the REG patients after treatment about the expression of Bcl-2,which showed that the Bcl-2 IHS value of REG patients after treatment was closed to normal levels(P>0.05).6. In the process of treatment no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" for REG is obvious.2.It’s high expression of Bcl-2 and low expression of Bax in gastric mucosa of REG.3. "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" can significantly reduce the expression level of Bcl-2 and increase the expression level of Bax in REG patients.Its therapeutic mechanism may be associated with the regulative mechanism of the expression level of Bax and Bcl-2.
