Bibliometrics Study On Academic Papers Of Hospital Management Of The Author In Tianjin And Beijing And Hebei

Objective To research the development of hospital management in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to provide valuable information for the hospital management and hospital management, and to promote the innovation of hospital management and the coordinated development of health in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.Methods Retrieved the hospital management literature in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from January 2010 to December 2014. Analysis the data by using BICOMB2.0,SPSS13.0, and Microsoft Excel software and focus on the annual number of areas, papers journals, authors, author units, to identify the intrinsic link from the data.Results 1) During five years(2010-2014), the total amount of paper focus on hospital management in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region was 12160, which published in Beijing area, Tianjin, Hebei area was 8161, 1354, and 2645. The number of papers and the speed of the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Medical and health services are basically consistent, and there are obvious differences between the stages and the regions.2) In Beijing, hospital management articles commonly published in "Chinese Hospital Dean", "Chinese Hospital", "Chinese Medical Record"; In Tianjin, hospital management articles published most commonly in "China Urban and Rural Industrial" "Tianjin Journal of Nursing" "Medical Equipment Magazine"; In Hebei, hospital management articles published most commonly in journals of the "Hebei Medicine" "Rational Drug Use" "Chinese Journal of Misdiagnosis". The number of periodicals core area and there is a lack of culture. 3) The core group of first authors have not yet formed, the core group of the first authors and not first authors(including first author) interactive area is small, core group of authors are unstable. 4) People's Liberation Army General Hospital in Beijing is the most productive unit. Tianjin Third Central Hospital Tianjin hospital is the most productive unit in Tianjin. 252 units of People's Liberation Army Hospital is the most productive unit in Hebei. 5) Hot research of hospital management are mainly around health services, hospital information systems, hospital quality management and so on. 6)Beijing, Tianjin got higher proportion of funds. BTH Region Hospital Management Fund supports approximately 12.67%. Many of the funds are national fund-based. 7) 3-7references are mostly used in articles.Conclusion This research on the situation of number, area, literary journals, authors,etc. of hospital management in 2010- 2014 of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei can prepared the reference for the core of hospital management personnel and units, research hotspots,periodical platform of the joint development of Medical and health in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, promote the hospital management innovation research and development.
