Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Urban Elderly Care In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Objective:To explore the satisfaction of the elderly in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban pension status and influencing factors,as well as the status of pension services,to provide a basis for the establishment of integrated pension model in the three places to formulate policies for the construction of pension services.Methods:Through the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,this study investigates the urban elderly and pension service personnel in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as follows:1.Questionnaire survey method: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the elderly and pension service personnel in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and the influencing factors of the satisfaction of the elderly were analyzed.2.Semi-structured interview method: Interview 36 the elderly who meet the inclusion criteria and 25 pension service personnel,and dig deeply into the status quo of elderly care and pension service through data processing.3.The results obtained by the above two methods are summarized to clarify the satisfaction degree and influencing factors of the current pension status of the elderly in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,as well as the current pension service status,and to put forward Suggestions on the establishment of the pension model in the three places and the establishment of pension service.Results:1.The elderly in beijing-tianjin-hebei city are mainly provided for by family care(76.9%).The elderly's satisfaction with medical and health services was 70.3%,the satisfaction with life care services was 53.2%,the satisfaction with spiritual and cultural services was 43.9%,the satisfaction with facilities was 43.0%,the satisfaction with national policies was 30.8%,and the satisfaction with economic conditions was 26.0%.2.The influencing factor of the elderly's satisfaction with the national policy is the number of children of gender age and the type of chronic diseases suffered by the main source of income before retirement(P<0.05).The influencing factors of facility satisfaction were age,region,living style and self-care status(P<0.05).The influencing factors of economic status satisfaction were gender,age,education level,number of children before retirement,occupation,main source of income,residence,type of chronic diseases(P<0.05).The influencing factors of life care service satisfaction were age,residence style,type of chronic disease(P<0.05).The influencing factors of medical and health service satisfaction were the main economic source,occupation residence before retirement,type of chronic diseases(P<0.05).The influencing factor of spiritual and cultural service satisfaction is the number of children in the age region and the type of chronic diseases suffered by the main economic source(P<0.05).3.Through semi-structured interview,the following topics were summarized:(1)The elderly: The spiritual and cultural services for the elderly are uneven;The comprehensive consideration of the old people to provide for the aged in different places;Lack of community service facilities;The living environment of the elderly should be further improved;Older people have mixed views on community hospitals.Welfare treatment equity needs to be improved;Older people are unhappy with their financial situation.(2)Pension service personnel: professional training of pension service personnel needs to be strengthened;Pension service personnel pay low;Endowment institutions are faced with talent shortage;Pension institutions lack funds;Family doctor services to be implemented.Conclusion:1.In terms of pension modes,the elderly in beijing-tianjin-hebei urban areas mainly rely on family pension,but 72.9% of them will consider institutional pension,so the construction of institutional pension cannot be ignored.2.In terms of the current situation of old-age care,the satisfaction degree of the elderly in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is affected by many factors,which suggests that relevant institutions can start from the influencing factors in the process of providing old-age care services and attach importance to the personalized needs of the elderly,so as to improve the quality of old-age care services.3.In terms of elderly care services,we should improve the professional technical capabilities of elderly care personnel,alleviate the shortage of capital professionals in elderly care institutions and actively promote the combination of medical and health care and elderly care services,so as to build a medical care and nursing mode under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.
