Rapid population ageing in China is increasing the number of older people who are likely to require medical services in response to higher levels of poor perceived health and chronic diseases.Without doubt,as the third largest economic growth pole of our country, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is also facing the same problem. The beijing-tianjin-hebei coordinated development is a three-dimensional and comprehensive development strategy, including economy, population, environment, transportation and so on.Without doubt, medical treatment is also a key ring among it.In the context of the aging population and the coordinated development of the beij ing-tianj in-hebei region,it is of great importance to improve the medical service utilization rate of elderly residents.Based on the 2015 data of CHARLS(China health and Retirement Survey tracking),the model of healthcare utilization is constructed and two-part model method is used to analyze the influence factors of medical service utilization quantitatively in this paper,so that we can find out the differences of medical services utilization among Bei jing,Tian jin and He bei.We hope that xproring the reasons behind it may provide policy support for improving elderly residents'medical service utilization of Bei jing,Tian jin and He bei region and thus promote the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration effectively. The result shows that, firstly, elderly residents from Beijing,Tianjin and He bei are different for the utilization of health care.Elderly residents from He bei prefer to using self-medication and inpatient care, while from Beijing and Tianjin tend to choose outpatient service.Secondly,There are also differences in the total expenditure and self-payment of medical services used by the residents of Beijing, tianjin and hebei. In addition to the elderly residents own health damage, medical insurance, economic level and medical accessibility and so on are also the causes leading to these differences. Therefore, the rational allocation of medical resources, unification of insurance system and the improvement of elderly residents'income are very important to speed up the integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region development.
