Patent Overview Of Chinese Traditional Medicine In Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region And Analysis Of Optimized Herbal Compound Prescriptions

By analyzing the statistics and relevant information of traditional Chinese medicine patents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this study clarifies the development of traditional Chinese medicine patents in the region.In addition,by consulting ancient and modern literatures,this study analyzes and studies the optimized traditional Chinese medicine compound patents,providing a reasonable basis for further patent application and drug research.In the first part of this paper,through the retrieval of traditional Chinese medicine patents in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2008 to 2017,a database of 5,770 traditional Chinese medicine patents are established according to the screening,and statistical analysis are conducted on the application amount,application type,applicant,technical subject distribution,IPC classification number composition and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine patents involved.The results show that the patent licensing rate in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is relatively low with 31.7% in the past ten years.Chinese medicine patent application types are mostly invention patents;the types of applicants are mostly concentrated in enterprises;the main IPC analysis show that the traditional herbal medicine preparation(A61K36)occupies the dominant position.Most of the patents are related to the treatment of neurologic and hyperglycemia diseases.The results are analyzed and discussed to provide useful information for the future research and development of traditional Chinese medicine.In the second part,312 valid compound patents over five years from2008 to 2017 in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are selected.By consulting ancient and modern literatures,the efficacy,nature and taste of high-frequencytraditional Chinese medicine,meridian and high-frequency drug equivalence in the optimized patents are analyzed.In this area,the patent high frequency traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used as tonic for deficiency,heat-clearing medicine and blood-activating and blood-stasis medicine.In high frequency,the main medicinal properties are sweet,bitter,cold,and warm.Meridian to liver,heart;high-frequency drugs are "astragalus,angelica" "atractylodes,poria" "rhubarb,licorice".Among them,the high frequency traditional Chinese medicine and the law of drug use involved in drug pairs have been interpreted by ancient and modern literature.And they are further confirmed by modern pharmacology and chemistry research,providing a practical basis for the research and development of new drugs.
