Servant leadership is the leader who beyond personal interests and formation servant leadership culture in the organization. The work engagement of health care workers is essential for the competitiveness of hospital.Objective: In this study, choose the medical staff of the hospital for the survey.Through data analysis, verify the relationship between the servant leadership behaviors and the work engagement. Put forward reasonable proposals for hospital to motivate health care workers.Methods: First, design the questionnaire. Secondly, test questionnaire's reliability and validity based on the pre-survey data. Then analyze the data of the formal questionnaires. Finally, draw conclusions and propose a solution.Results: The study found that servant leadership behaviors and its five dimensions have a significant positive impact on organizational identity and medical worker's engagement. Organizational identity has a positive effect on health care workers' work engagement and can explain more of dedication dimensions.Conclusions: Servant leadership behavier of department leader can make health care workers identify with hospital and improve their work engagement. Therefore, as a large hospital management level concerned, we must firstly cultivate department leader sense of service. Secondly, establish a service-oriented hospital culture. Finally develop appropriate management measures for different departments. As the basic-level leadership, department director should pay attention to the role of staff, staff's welfare and equality of workers in their daily work. To subordinate the others interests first and to set an example. Only in this way can make health care workers have confidence on hospital, increasing motivation in their work to provide higher quality care for patients.
