Objectives:This study is based on the current status of the reform of the medical and health system in the management of public hospital administrators.It will take the reform pilot units of three public hospitals in Qiqihar as the research object.By discussing the relationship among transformational leadership style,mental empowerment,and employee engagement,it provides a theoretical basis and decision-making advice for public hospital administrators to change management style and style.Methods:The research methods used in this paper mainly include literature research methods,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.In the literature review section,the literature research method was used to introduce the current research status of relevant theories at home and abroad.In the analysis of the survey data,statistical analysis software spss was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the three variables.Relevance and causation.Results:There are significant correlations between the four dimensions of transformational leadership and employee engagement,and their correlation coefficients are respectively 0.558,0.537,0.53 7,0.537,and 0.522.In the regression analysis,two dimensions of leadership charisma and vision incentive are excluded.In addition,the two dimensions of virtue and personalized care have a positive impact on employee engagement.The regression equation is expressed as:Employee engagement = 1.212 + 0.21 7 cadence + 0.232 personalized care.There was a significant correlation between transformational leadership and psychological empowerment,and all dimensions of the transformational leadership variable were significantly associated with psychological empowerment.The correlation coefficients were 0.592,0.624,0.624,and 0.591,respectively.However,in the regression analysis,only the personalized care dimension has a positive influence on the psychological empowerment.The regression equation is expressed as:psychological empowerment = 1.555 +0.382 personalized care.There was a highly relevant relationship between psychological empowerment and employee engagement,with a correlation coefficient of 0.760.Regression analysis shows that psychological empowerment has a positive effect on employee engagement.In the analysis of the regulatory role of psychological empowerment,regression analysis was used to analyze the results.The results show that the role of psychological empowerment in the transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee engagement.Conclusion:Hospitals should create change atmosphere to create good conditions for managers to change their own management styles and methods.As hospital administrators,they should deny themselves to establish a good moral model for employees,and should improve their business literacy and inspire them with strong personal charisma.Employees realize the double change of individuals and organizations.
