The Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of The Electric Acupuncture Treatment In The Syndrome Of Dampness-heat In Liver Channel Of Premature Ejaculation

Objective: This study is to observe the curative effect of the electric acupuncture treatment in the syndrome of dampness-heat in liver channel of premature ejaculation, and to compare with the treatment of oral Longdan xiegan decoction, which provide the objective clinical basis for the electric acupuncture treatment of premature ejaculation, and discuss its mechanism, hoping to provide scientific and effective guidance of syndrome differentiation and acupuncture treatment in the acupuncture treatment of syndrome of dampness-heat in liver channel of premature ejaculation.Method: 40 patients which meet the standard of syndrome of dampness-heat in liver channel of premature ejaculation, are randomly divided into observation group and comparation group(n = 20). Choose cupping treatment group, 1, 1, 1 times retaining needle 30 min, only one day off after 6 consecutive, 6 times one period of treatment, a total of four courses; comparation group were treated with Longdan xiegan decoction to take orally, 1, 1, discontinuation after 6 to pay 1 day in a row, 6 pay one period of treatment, two groups are four courses of treatment. observe the changement of treatment and follow-up of 3 months after treatment.Results:(1) The IELT of two groups during the treatment are significantly longer than before treatment, and compared between two groups, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2) The spouses sexual satisfaction of the two groups during the treatment compared with before treatment, also have improved, there was significant difference(P < 0.05); Compared between the two groups, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3) The follow-up results: After 3 months’ follow-up,the IELT of the observation group compared with the IELT during the treatment,was no significant difference(P > 0.05);the IELT of comparation group compared with the IELT during the treatment,significantly reduced, there is significant difference(P < 0.05).After 3 months follow-up, the mates sexual satisfaction of observation group compared with during the treatment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);the mates sexual satisfaction of comparation group compared with during the treatment, significantly reduced, there is significant difference(P < 0.05).(4) The clinical curative effect: the total effective rate of observation group is 80%;the total effective rate of comparation group is 65%.Conclusion:The results this study show that the both the electric acupuncture and Longdan xiegan decoction have a significant effect in treating the syndrome of dampness-heat in liver channel of premature ejaculation, and the efficacy stability within short term(3 months) after treatment of electric acupuncture group is better than that of Longdan xiegan decoction group.
