Therapeutic Effect Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined With Local Acupuncture On Hepatic Stagnation Of Hernia Zoster

Purpose:Herpes zoster is one of the common skin diseases in clinical treatment,and the typical skin lesions and neuralgia often affect patients with normal life,work and study.Through clinical observation on Longdan Xiegan Tang addition and subtraction combined with surround needling in the treatment of herpes zoster(dampness-heat of liver channel),the research will compare analyze the difference of the curative effect between conventional western medicine and this treatment and then make an objective evaluation to provide references for treatment and preventive measures of herpes zoster.Material and method:96 cases were selected from patients with herpes zoster(dampness-heat of liver channel)who attended the dermatology department in the First Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in March 2015 to March 2016,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by using simple random method,48 cases for each group.The treatment group was treated with vitamin B1,vitamin B12,longdanxie gan Tang(20 g of gentian?10 g of cape jasmine,15 g of scutellaria,10 g of akebiaquinata?10 g of rhizoma alismatis?10 g of semen plantaginis?10 g of thorowax?10 g of liquorice?15 g of Angelica sinensis?15 g of radix rehmanniae)combined with surround needling.The control group was treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets by oral administration.The 2 groups were totally treated for 15 days.The pathogenetic condition of the patients were observed and recorded on the 5th,the 10 th and the15 th day.Then the patients were visited 30 days later after the treatment period ended to observe incidence of postherpetic neuralgia between 2 groups.Results:1.1.The leisions-related indicators of the treatment group on the 5th?the 10 th and the 15 th day,compared with those before receiving the treatment,were significantly different(P <0.05),with statistical significance.The leisions-related indicators of the control group on the 5th?the 10 th and the 15 th day,compared with those before receiving the treatment,were significantly different(P <0.05),with statistical significance.The leisions-related indicators of the treatment group on the 5th?the 10 th and the 15 th day,compared with the control group,were significantly different(P <0.05),with statistical significance.The above-mentioned facts show that the treatment group is superior to the control group In the treatment of skin lesion.2.The pain scores of the treatment group on the 5th?the 10 th and the 15 th day,compared with those before receiving the treatment,were significantly different(P <0.05),with statistical significance.The pain scores of the control group on the 5th?the10th and the 15 th day,compared with those before receiving the treatment,were significantly different(P <0.05),with statistical significance;The pain scores of the treatment group on the 5th?the 10 th and the 15 th day,compared with the control group,were significantly different(P <0.05),with statistical significance.All these shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group In the treatment of pain patients.3.After the end of treatment,the total effective power of treatment group(91.11%)was higher than that of control group(70.27%),which showed that.treatment group is superior to control group.4.Patients were followed up a month later after the end of treatment.The incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia was 11.1%,which showed that the treatment group can effectively protect from the onset of postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusion:1.Longdanxiegan Tang combined with surround needling effectively improve skin lesions manifestation and pain condition in treating patients with herpes zoster(dampness-heat of liver channel).2.The treatment effects of Longdan Xiegan Tang combined with surround needling are superior to treatment effects of valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets.The treatment also effectively protects from the onset of postherpetic neuralgia,and it is worthy of clinical application.
