Observation Of Influence On The Vertebrobasilar Artery Hemodynamics By Acupuncturing YiNao Formula And Lingtai Shendao Acupoints On The Cervical Vertigo Patients

Objective: This study through acupuncture cervical vertigo patients YiNao Formula(baihui,fengfu) and Lingtai Shendao points, and, as compared with simple acupuncture YiNao Formular observed two groups of acupuncture point of vertebral-basilar arterial blood flow mechanics, the influence of in order to investigateYiNao Formula and Lingtai Shendao points acupuncture can better improve vertebral- basal arterial blood flow in patients with cervical vertigo mechanics, provide objective basis for clinical prescription selected point.Methods: The clinical study choose 60 patients with cervical vertigo, using the random number table method divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each. Observation group will take Yi Nao Formula plus Lingtai Shendao acupoints, the control group take the YiNao Formular. Using TCD detectsthe vertebral- basilar artery blood flow velocity before and after acupuncture, and statistical methods to analysis and research, to summarize similarities and differences between two groups of acupuncture therapy effect.Results: Clinical studies show : Observation group and control group have good treatment effect on both sides of BA and VA high blood flow velocity,PICA low blood flow velocity. Comparing before and after the acupuncture has very significant differences(P < 0.01). The observation grop,BA and VA high blood flow velocity,PICA low blood flow velocity have better improvement compared before and after acupuncturing which has significant difference(P<0.05), than acupuncturing YiNao Formular only.Conclusion: AcupunctureYiNao Formula and Lingtai Shendao points of cervical vertigo vertebral- basilar arterial blood flow mechanics has better effect, provides objective basis for clinical treatment of the cervical vertigo better prescription selected point.
