Objective:This study is to observe the influence on the vertebral-basilar artery hemodynamics according to TCD by acupuncturing needle without keeping needles in Baihui FengFu (YiNao Formula) of patients with cervical vertigo,by contrast with retaining needles in Baihui and FengFu points and to provide objective evidence for clinical rational use of acupuncture treatment for cervical vertigo, but also lay the foundation for future in-depth study of the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods:The clinical study of50cases selected were randomly divided into needle group and no needle group which were observed before and after acupuncture by TCD,as shown the changes of BA, bilateral VA, PICA blood flow velocity in the two groups and the data were statistically analyzed (t test) to observe the differences between two groups. Results:Clinical studies have shown,For BA high velocity,VA high velocity and PICA low velocity type of the observation group, there is highly significant difference before and after the treatment within the groups (P<0.01).The results indicate that it can improve the blood flow of the high velocity of BA,VA and PICA low velocity type by acupuncturing needle the YiNao Formula does not. Conclusion:Acupuncturing needle or not YiNao Formula has a significant improvement in patients with cervical vertigo vertebral-basilar artery hemodynamics and has a not worse tendency than simply using YiNao Formula, which provides an objective basis for clinical use of YiNao Formula. |
