To Observe The Clinical Eficacy Of United Yiqihuoxue Tang And Tongluo Fumigation Fang In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Lower Extremity Arterial Disease

Objective:Through the United Self Yiqi Tongluo type 2 diabetic lower extremity vascular disease Fumigation Treatment of clinical observations, explore clarify lthe law mechanisms to assess its efficacy and safety.Methods:The study selected in October 2014 ~ 2015,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Endocrinology outpatient 60 cases of type 2 diabetes in patients with lower extremity vascular disease in October 2015 during a visit to the ward. Random number table randomized into the treatment group of 30 patients, 30 cases in the control group. The control group according to the individual case of oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin glucose bolus alprostadil, oral enteric-coated aspirin tablets, atorvastatin calcium, Yiqi observation group on the basis of oral and joint meridians Fumigation Fumigation side lower limb. 2 months, followed by a course of treatment efficacy assessment. No adverse events during the trial research.Conclusion:The efficacy in patients with Yiqi Tongluo Fumigation Joint Treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease exactly, significant improvement in clinical symptoms, reduced ABI index and total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), platelet aggregation levels, increase high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) levels, which is better than western medicine alone.
