Clinicai Observation On Yiqi Tongmai Decoction In Treating Diabetic Lower Extremity Arterial Disease(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome )

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction on the ankle-brachial ratio(ABI),toe-brachial ratio(TBI),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type diabetic peripheral vascular disease,and to observe the clinical efficacy.The effect of medicine on vascular lesions around the lower limbs of diabetes provides a valuable reference for the internal treatment of this disease.Methods: Eighty patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis of vascular disease around the lower extremities who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups of 40 patients according to the random number table.Both groups were given general basic treatment.The control group was given Tongsaimai tablets for oral treatment;the treatment group was given Yiqi Tongmai Tang decoction.After 5 weeks of treatment,the changes of ankle-brachial ratio(ABI),toe-brachial ratio(TBI),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),and TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare the two groups Clinical efficacy.Results: 1.Comparison of the ankle-brachial ratio of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the toe-brachial ratio between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of low-density lipoprotein values ??between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the symptoms of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)4.Comparison of TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patientsbefore and after treatment,the symptom improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Tongmai Decoction can improve the ankle-brachial ratio,toe-brachial ratio,low-density lipoprotein and TCM syndrome scores in patients with diabetic peripheral blood vessel lesions of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
