The treatment group being simultaneously Angelica Huoxuezhitong scattered fumigation foot basis methyl cobalamin tablets on oral therapy.Two groups of treatment for 8 weeks, respectively. Observed two groups of medical clinical symptom scores before and after 8 weeks treatment, nerve conduction velocity and hemorrheology observation index changes, the data is recorded and statistical analysis, observation of angelica huoxue pain spread clinical curative effect for the treatment of diabetic lower extremity peripheral neuropathy.Results:For clinical comprehensive curative effect after treatment: treatment group total effective rate was 86.7%; The control group total effective rate 73.3%. The total effective rate in treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05); Clinical symptoms integral aspect: two sets of points before and after the treatment are significantly decreased(P < 0.05), the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05); Nerve conduction velocity aspects: compared with before treatment, two groups of MNCV, SNCV significantly increased after treatment, all have significant difference(P < 0.05); MNCV, SNCV comparison the two groups after treatment, the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05); Showed: the two groups before and after treatment of hemorrheology were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05). Safety index(blood lipid, hepatic function renal function, blood routine), no significant change.Conclusion:Angelica Huo Xue pain spread fumigation foot can effectively improve the blood stasis resistance winding diabetes clinical symptoms of lower extremity peripheral neuropathy, nerve conduction velocity and hemorrheology,And is safe and effective,worthy of further research.
