Clinical Study On The Treatment Of TongBiFang Fumigation And Steaming Method For Patients With Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease

Objective: to use the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of the lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetes, to provide convenient and feasible treatment for clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods: 60 patients with lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into treatment group and control group by 1:1. All subjects received basic treatment(diabetes knowledge, low sugar, low salt diet, exercise therapy, drug therapy) and control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The observation time was 3 weeks, 2 weeks for 1 courses, 3 courses of treatment were observed. The clinical symptom score and ankle brachial index(ABI index) were monitored before and after treatment, and the statistical analysis was performed with SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results: 1.TCM symptoms of the treatment group improved significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05), the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the control group was 53.33%, the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05). 2. The two groups had better effect on lowering blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, and there were significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05), but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). 3. The effect of Bi Fang Fang on lowering cholesterol, triglyceride, improving the ankle brachial ratio(ABI) was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). 4. There was no difference between the two groups of liver and kidney function and blood routine, And there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of the treatment of lower extremity vascular disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus was achieved by using the way of Tong Bi decoction. Combined with the clinical data of 40 cases, the use of this method to treat patients with 2h PG, Hb Alc, TC, TG, FPG, ABI index improved significantly clinical efficacy. And the treatment of drug safety, no adverse reactions occur, to provide a new treatment method for clinical treatment.
