The Clinical Research Of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Method On Treating Early Lower Extremity Vascular Disease In Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:Observe the clinical outcomes of yiqi yangyin huoxue method on treating early lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetes.Methods:60 patients with early lower extremity vascular disease of type 2 diabetic patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were allocated to two groups randomly.The treatment group(n=30)were treated with Qimai Shuluo Yin and the control group(n=30)were treated with the Tangmaikang granule.Both of the two groups got the diabetes education,the alimentary control,moderate exercise and the basis method to lowerring blood sugar. All the patients were treated 3 months as a course and then outcomes were evaluated.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group is 90%,and the total efficiency of the control group is 73.3%,so we can come to a conclusion that the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).By the clinical research,we can find that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of the disease,the bloodlipid,the fibrinogen,ABI, and lower extremity arterial ultra sound score reducing the clinical symptom score,(P<0.05).The two groups all can Lower the high blood sugar.No adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Conclusion: Qimai Shuluo Yin is superior to Tangmaikang granule in treating early lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetes.Qimai Shuluo Yin can well improve the blood lipid,the fibrinogen and the ABI,Qimai Shuluo Yin can reach the effect of early prophylaxis and treatment to lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetes,and reduce the incidence rate of diabetic gangrene and amputation of Diabetic patients, improve their quality of life.
