Objective:In this study,we used mild moxibustion on back-Shu point to treat type 2diabetic lower extremity vascular disease(LEADDP).By observing the changes of TCM syndrome score, ankle brachial index(ABI),inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6)before and after treatment,we further observed the clinical effect of mild moxibustion back-Shu point to treat LEADDP,so as to provide practical and theoretical basis for clinical mild moxibustion back-Shu point to treat LEADDP.Methods:60 LEADDP patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 in each group.Under the premise of basic treatment, the control group was treated with acupuncture on both legs, and the observation group was treated with warming and moxibustion on the back-Shu point on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effect of moxibustion on the lower extremity vascular disease of type 2 diabetes was observed by comparing TCM syndrome score,ABI and serum inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6)levels and their changes in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)The total clinical effective rate was 76.6% in the control group and 90.0% in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4weeks of treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The effect of the observation group was better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)The comparison of ABI between the two groups: before treatment, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the ABI of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.01),and the ABI of the observation group increased more significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(4)Comparison ofserum CRP and IL-6: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the level of CRP in the observation group was 5.31±0.76,that in the control group was 7.04±1.29,and the level of CRP all decreased(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.Compared with other groups, the decrease effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.01).After treatment, the level of IL-6 in the observation group was 8.72± 1.01,and that in the control group was11.82±1.05,and the level of IL-6 all decreased(P<0.01),Compared with other groups, the decrease effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group. It can also improve the clinical symptoms and ABI of the patients, reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6),and has small side effects, high safety, simple operation, which is conducive to clinical application.
