Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Chronic Heart Arrhythmia(Heart-Kidney Yang Deficiency And Heart Vessel Stasis Syndrome) Treated With Xinlvkangning Pills

Objective:This study aims to provide clinically effective and safe treatment for bradyarrhythmia(heart-kidney yang deficiency,heart-vessel phlegm syndrome)through clinical observation of Xinlvkangning Pills,and to provide more methods for the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Good observation of efficacy.Methods : Seventy-two patients with a clinical diagnosis of bradyarrhythmia(heart-kidney yang deficiency and heart-vein stasis syndrome)were randomly selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.In order to reduce the subject's risk of treatment,for subjects suffering from coronary heart disease such as atherosclerotic heart disease,diabetes,and hypertension,the treatment group was given Xinlvkangning Pills on the basis of conventional drug therapy.Take 6g orally three times daily.The control group took 2 oral tablets of salbutamol sulfate(2.4 mg)once a day for 3 times.Take 8 weeks continuously.Clinical observations before and after treatment were compared with subjects' routine blood,urine,and feces,liver function,renal function,routine blood lipids,safety indicators,and routine electrocardiogram,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,and TCM clinical syndromes.And apply SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Results:1 The TCM symptom scores improved in both groups,and the treatment group of Xinlvkangning Pills was superior to salbutamol sulfate control group(P<0.05).2 24-hour Holter measurement of total heart rate,mean heart rate,fastest heart rate,slowest heart rate and sinus arrest,sinoatrial conduction block,second degree I atrioventricular block,and second degree atrioventricular conduction at 24 hours both of the blockages were improved,and the heart rate in the concentration group was better than that in the salbutamol group(P<0.05).3 In the clinical observation,there was no abnormality in both cases.There was no significant difference in the difference in liver function and renal function before and after treatment.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Xinlvkangning Pills can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bradyarrhythmia;2 The 24 hours total heart rate,mean heart rate,fastest heart rate,slowest heart rate and sinus arrest,sinoatrial conduction block,second degree I atrioventricular and second-degree type II atrioventricular in patients with bradyarrhythmia can be significantly improved by Xinlvkangning Pills.,3 No adverse reactions occurred in patients with bradyarrhythmia treated with Xinlvkangning Pills,which has good safety.
