The Treatment Of Children With Vulvae Internal And External Therapy (Spleen Damp Heat Type) Clinical Study Of 30 Cases

Purpose: Through the clinical observation of the combination of internal and external therapy to treat children pruritus vulvae(hepatosplenic humid type),objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety,related to etiology investigation,and guidance for parents of children with usual care,reduce recurrence rate,improve the curative effect.Method: Will meet into standard were selected as subjects,collected a total of 30 cases,control study before and after treatment,4 days for a course of treatment,and timely referral,3 courses of treatment up three month.Result: Among 30 cases,6 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%,and there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: The treatment of children with vulvae internal and external therapy(spleen damp heat type)has satisfactory curative effect,worthy of promotion.
