Jiajian Yihuang Decoction And External Washing Prescription Clinical Study Of The Senile Vaginitis Of The Type Of Liver Meridian Damp Heat

Method of use drug treatment group: add and subtract when, daily 1 agent, water frying, 500 ml warm clothing in the morning and evening, 21 days for a course; Outside wash daily 1 agent, water frying, 3000-3500 ml, with a clean gauze leaching liquid, will be placed in a clean basin of liquids, first strike fumigation washing privates, again in the morning and once every day, every time 20-30 minutes, 21 days for a course; Control group: the woman Kang Shuan deep into the vagina, morning and evening each one, 21, is 1 course of treatment. Three days after drug withdrawal observed treatment effect, observe the recurrence rate after 1 month of drug withdrawal. Treatment for cervical liquid based cytology inspection before eliminate cervical disease, before and after treatment in general physical examination, examination of department of gynaecology, blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function(ALT, AST, BUN, Cr), electrocardiogram(ecg), vaginal routine inspection, check clue cells, levels of estrogen(E2), ultrasound measurement of endometrial thickness. Observe and record before and after treatment in patients with vaginal and signs, the vaginal symptom scores and the overall symptom scores.Results : ①Clinical local symptoms curative effect, the treatment group and control group cure rate 36.7%, 20.0% respectively, the efficient is respectively 93.3%, 90.0%, curative effect between the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05), treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. ②Clinical systemic symptom curative effect, the treatment group and control group cure rate 43.3%, 23.3% respectively, the efficient is respectively 96.7%, 90.0%, curative effect between the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05), treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. ③In review after 1 month of drug withdrawal, treatment group recurrence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion : ①the treatment group and control group without changing the level of estrogen in the body, treatment of senile vaginitis has curative effect, can significantly improve its related symptoms. Think of the drug can strengthen the body immunity, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, enhance vaginal local resistance. ②the curative effect is better than that of control group, treatment group can obviously improve the symptoms of systemic symptoms and vaginal local, severely, shows that traditional Chinese medicine are washing can kidney Yin, liver spleen, clear the hot and humid, the functions of relieving itching, effective method for the treatment of liver meridian damp heat of senile vaginitis.
