Clinical Research Of Therapy Of Wendanzhizhu Decoction On Childhood Anorexia With Spleen And Stomach Damo-Heat Syndrom

Object:By observing on children anorexia(spleen and stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome), to evaluate the clinical curative effect of WenDanZhiZhu Decoction on treating child anorexia (spleen and stomach Damp-Heat syndrome).Methods:A total of 65 cases of child anorexia (spleen and stomach Damp-Heat syndrome) which met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 33 patients was treated with WenDanZhiZhu Decoction, and the control group of 32 patients was taken Siliankang. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment that both groups were received guidance and nursing in detail. After four weeks of treatment, observed the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups, the change of the total integral, and the single TCM symptom score before and after the treatment. To follow-up the recurrence after the treatment 2 months later.Results:1.In aspect of comprehensive curative effect, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%, the total effective rate of the control group was 84.38%, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Comparison of the clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 93.75%, the difference was significant (P<0.05).2.In TCM symptom improvement aspect, the improvement of the treatment group after treatment was better than that of the control group, which the difference was significant(P<0.05).3.To improve the single symptom score of Chinese Medicine, the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the recurrence of the two groups after the treatment 2 month later, the fifference was significant. We can found that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was far less than that of the control group.Conclusion:1. The comprehensive curative effect of WenDanZhiZhu Decoction for treatment on children anorexia (spleen and stomach Damp-Heat syndrome) was better than that of the control group.2. In the aspect of improving children anorexia (spleen and stomach Damp-Heat syndrome) of TCM symptoms, WenDanZhiZhu Decoction was better than that in control group.3. WenDanZhiZhu Decoction in treating children anorexia with spleen and stomach Damp-Heat syndrome can significant reduce the recurrence.
