Clinical Research On Treating Damp Heat Diarrhea In Children With Manipulation Combined With Barbed Four-Seam

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy about the treatment of children withdiarrhea (hot and humid type)by manipulation combined with barbed four-seam, to providesafe, standard and effective treatment technology for the prevention and treatment ofdiarrhea in children..Methods: Use the method of stratified random90cases of damp heat diarrhea inchildren were assigned to the simple massage group, massage combine with the barbedfour seam group and single barbed Sifeng group, Each group contained30cases.. Simplemassage group: only use massage specific points (clearing the large intestine point and thesmall intestine point,pushing the Spleen point,arc-push the bagua point, retreating six-fupoint,Qing heaven river water point,pushing the seven section of bone,rubbing the Gumipoint) treatment; the Massage Combined with barbed Sifeng group: massage points(acupoints ibid.)with the four aperture alternating pricking blood treatment; simple barbedSifeng group: simply using the alternating Sifeng pricking blood treatment. Each groupwere treated for six days for a course. Record the symptoms, signs, laboratory parametersof the patients before treatment and after treatment. And clinical efficacy of the groupswere observed and analyzed for the optimum treatment program.Results: Clinical efficacy,tuina and spine four seam group7cases were cured,15casesmarkedly, effective in5cases, invalid in1cases;tuina group3cases were cured,4casesmarkedly, effective in16cases,5cases are invalid; sting four seam group3cases werecured,9cases markedly, effective in13cases, invalid in3cases. Markedly effective ratewere78.57%,25%and42.86%, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05),prompted curative effect in tuina and spine four seam group was superior to the tuina groupand sting four seam group. The compare with main symptoms and signs comprehensive integration, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), prompted three groups inalleviating the symptoms of diarrhea in children have good results, tuina and spine fourseam group was better efficacy with ease stool frequency, stool, urine, mental, and feverthan the tuina group and sting four seam group.Conclusion: Massage Combined with barbed four sewing to treat hot and humid typediarrhea in children is more effective than the efficacy of simple barbed four joints andsimple massage treatment.it is worth clinical application for it provide better treatment forthe clinical treatment of children with diarrhea...
