Research Of Clinical Effect Of Shenju Lotion Combined With Metronidazole On Trichomonal Vaginitis Of Heat-dampness

Objective:A clinical study of Chinese medicine in Trichomonal Vaginitis treatment was conducted to evaluate objectively and standardized the effect of Shen Ju Lotion on women heat-dampness Trichomonal Vaginitis in terms of clinical syndrome appearance and so on.And observed the effect of Shen Ju Lotion on microecological regulation,to further analyzes the possible targets of Shen Ju Lotion,to provide scientific basis for the clinical treatment for Trichomonal Vaginitis(TV)by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The clinical study was designed as a control experiment,90 patients who are qualified according to diagnositic standards were divided randomly into 2 groups,observation group will be given Shen Ju Lotion combined with metronidazole,the contrast group given Jieer Yin Lotion combined with metronidazole,setting 10 days as one treatment,stopping treatment 1month and 2 month to review,data including symptoms and signs,the viginal PH value,viginal flora cleanness,vaginal lactobacillus quantity,vaginal flora density,vaginal acetyl glucosidase test were collected.Then they were analyzed with scientific statistic methods.Results:1.Post-treatment total effective rates of observation group is 81.39% and post-treatment total effective rates of contrast group is 75%,there were no significant differences when compared the two treatments(P>0.05).2.After completing treatment,all the TCM symptoms were improved both in the observation group and contrast group.Comparing with itching of two groups,the outcome of the observation group is better than the contrast one(P<0.05).Other changes were no statistically significant differences in the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparing with Observation index score of two groups,there was no significant differences in the two groups(P>0.05).4.Comparing with vaginal cleanliness of two groups,there was no significant differences in the two groups(P>0.05).5.To analyse the content of Lactobacillus,there was no difference in the two groups of post-treatment Vaginal Washing Fluid(P>0.05).6.Comparing with vaginal flora density of two groups,there was no significant differences in the two groups(P>0.05).7.Comparing with viginal PH value of two groups,there was no significant differences in the two groups(P>0.05).8.Comparing with vaginal acetyl glucosidase of two groups,there was no significant differences in the two groups(P>0.05).9.After stopping treatment 1 month and 2 month,comparing with recurrence rate of two groups,changes were statistically significant(P<0.05),the outcome of the observation group is better than the contrast one.Conclusion:1.With syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM,Shen Ju Lotion which can Clear away Heat and Moisture of the body,killing parasites to relieve itshing,warming the kidney,promoting blood circulation,eliminate the syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward Trichomonal Vaginitis could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and vaginal micro-ecology environment.2.The curative effect of Shen Ju Lotion combined with metronidazole which prevent recrudescing of the type of heat-dampness Trichomonal Vaginitis is better than Jieer Yin Lotion combined with metronidazole.3.Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria,reducing inflammation,regulating immune function.
