The study of vocational education for the disabled is the major content of vocational education and special education in China, and it also represents the implementation of educational equity, which is essential to the realization of the life value. This research will focus on the curriculum of massage in secondary vocational education in China, and choose the massage curriculum in deaf school M as the research object, then describe the vocational curriculum in school M objectively, and sum up the problems in the curriculum implementation so that some recommendations can be brought up to optimize the vocational curriculum. The author hopes that this research will reflect the general situation of the national massage curriculum for students with visual impairment in secondary vocational education and provide the new round of curriculum adjustment with evidences.In this research, the author will describe the curriculum structure of school M from 4 aspects:curriculum goals, curriculum content, curriculum design and curriculum evaluation, on the basis of which the curriculum system of the massage vocational education for students with visual impairment can be concluded in 4 aspects, including increasing the professional properties generally, highlighting the clinical needs, insisting the blind students-oriented value and focusing on the overall course reform. There are still some problems in the implementation of the massage curriculum in the secondary vocational education. Firstly, there really needs some coordination on curriculum goal when it considers the fact that it is difficult to obtain support from policy,take the individual differences among the blind students into account and integrate the goals of different modules. Secondly, there are several points about curriculum contents open to discussion, such as the repetition of curriculum contents, the inflexibility of the curriculum combination and the indistinction of curriculum basis. Thirdly, the difficult points are hard to be broken through, for example, the optimization of teaching methods has reached the bottle neck, the independence of the teaching management is hard to realize. Fourthly, the mechanism of curriculum evaluation has not been established, the curriculum evaluation has not played its role yet and the form of curriculum evaluation is single.Therefore, the author comes up with some strategies to push the curriculum implementation from 4 aspects, such as making clear of objection orientation, and strengthening the direction of goals; making clear of the curriculum status, and prompting the infiltration of knowledge; pushing the reform of teaching research, and strengthening the teaching management; setting up the vision of development, and perfecting the curriculum evaluation.
