At the end of 2019,the COVID-19 epidemic has swept the world.The widespread spread of the COVID-19 epidemic has strongly proved that my country has exposed serious problems in responding to public health emergencies.For example,before the emergence of the COVID-19 epidemic,the epidemic prevention legal system designed and operated in my country was not well applied,and there were phenomena such as insufficient enforcement power of lower-level units,and non-compliance of laws by administrative agencies.The emergence of the COVID-19 epidemic has put forward new requirements for the construction of my country's medical and health education and epidemic prevention legal system.Secondary health vocational schools are an important part of sharing the educational tasks of our country,and the epidemic prevention law curriculum is the curriculum responsibility that schools should undertake when they undertake educational tasks.The prospects of the anti-epidemic law course can be extended from secondary education to higher education.The curriculum design of the anti-epidemic law should fully grasp the characteristics of students in secondary vocational health schools,and conduct in-depth and hierarchical design of the curriculum to ensure the lifelong,social,professional,and practical nature of vocational education.From the perspective of school education as a whole,schools are the most important carrier,and curriculum implementation is the means by which schools conduct education.The beginning stage of the curriculum is the curriculum design.It can be said that school education starts from the curriculum design.This research aims to solve two problems:(1)the necessity of opening the course of anti-epidemic law;(2)how to construct the course of anti-epidemic law in secondary vocational health schools.In order to solve the above two problems,this study takes the need for talents to build a public health system during the epidemic in my country as the background,integrates the development of disciplines through the stage of secondary vocational education,analyzes the necessity of opening anti-epidemic law courses,and clarifies the related issues of anti-epidemic law courses.This research responds to the needs of the society,trying to use "Secondary Health Vocational School Epidemic Prevention Law Curriculum Design Research" as the topic,discussing the necessity of opening epidemic prevention law courses;on the aspects of epidemic prevention law course objectives,course content,course implementation and course evaluation Explore and finally realize the feasibility of the curriculum design theory of epidemic prevention law.The first part of the research introduces the background and significance of this research,uses the literature research method to sort out the curriculum and curriculum design;according to the sorting situation,lists the research problems of the epidemic prevention law curriculum design.The second part of the research analyzes the necessity of setting up an epidemic prevention law course in secondary health vocational schools from different perspectives.The third part of the research discusses the manifestation,connotation and characteristics of the epidemic prevention law curriculum and analyzes the principles of the epidemic prevention law curriculum design.The fourth part of the research is the core content of this research.According to the core point of the subject structure curriculum theory,"let students understand the basic structure of the subject" as the general guideline for the curriculum objectives and curriculum content design,the curriculum of the epidemic prevention law curriculum in secondary health vocational schools.The objectives and curriculum content are divided in detail;the curriculum strategy and curriculum evaluation are formulated from the viewpoint of "the teaching content is consistent with the students' cognitive development level".This research finally achieves the goal of constructing the theoretical basis of the epidemic prevention law curriculum in secondary health vocational schools,and uses it as the guidance basis for the implementation of the epidemic prevention law in the actual teaching of secondary vocational health schools.
